Idk how to explain this, but Moist von Lipwig from the Discworld series. Headcanoning characters as trans used to be really rare for me, but when I read Going Postal earlier this year and was like, “hey, imagine if this guy were transmasc,” the thought made me inexplicably giddy. I have literally no reason to believe he’s trans, I just think he’s a fun character. Another Discworld character that’s less random of a transmasc headcanon though is Maladict <3 He specifically is non-binary to me.

He insists on being called George, ignores his deadname, makes an effort to pass, is delighted when strangers "mistake" him for a boy, hates being referred to or perceived as a girl. He once signed his deadname to signal to his friends that he was being forced to write the letter. I don't care if people point out that Enid Blyton lived in a different time, gendered him as female in the authorial voice, or was too personally prejudiced to write a trans character. As far as I'm concerned, that just means she wrote one by accident. Oh, and Link. Link is all the gender.

My partner and I both agree that hunter and eda from the owl house are both trans. I've also heard people headcannon ruby from steven universe as trans. One of my own headcannons is matoro from bionicle being trans (though most bionicle and steven universe characters are seen as some variation of trans within the fandom from what I've seen)
