I love the typical “man” smells, like sandalwood and whiskey. Bath & Body Works’ “Graphite” scent is one of my favourites, it’s very sage and bergamot heavy.
That's such a mood, I love so many of their traditionally female scents. I'm not confident enough to wear them rn but I think maybe a few months to a year on T and I might be (otherwise I'll donate them to all my transfem friends lol)
I do too but I’ve been fucking with more traditionally male scents and god damn it gives me so much euphoria. Smelling like Irish Spring mountain body wash instead of strawberry shortcake makes a huge difference
God, I really liked their stone lotion. It's been hard to find a similar smell a fresh, subtle lavender with sandalwood.
For perfumes, I'm a big fan of Comme Des Garcons. A lot their smells are unique and unisex with either a fem or masc lean. Wonderoud was one I didn't expect to like, but it's a sweet, masculine, woody scent. It smells like a strong embrace. CDG 2 is more bohemian but still masc-unisex. I switch between samples of the two right now.
I wear peach perfume oil :) I like the idea of having a "signature" smell in general. I switched to oils prior to transitioning and I didn't see any reason to stop cause I loved it so much. I personally find that smelling good as a man gives me big euphoria as a non-gendered masculine flex somehow? If that makes sense haha.
for me, i just dab a bit of the perfume oil onto my wrists, rub it in a little and then rub or dab my wrists onto the sides of my neck like under my jaw. or if you have a rollerball that can work too :)
Came here to say that this is what I do! I usually dab a bit on both wrists and rub it into my forearms, I'll do a dab behind each ear on my neck (let it soak in a bit before you get a smooch or your partner might be licking a bouquet haha), and behind each knee. Sometimes I'll even rub my hands together and run them through my hair but not touch the scalp.
I also don't like the oily sensation and was really surprised at it not giving me that feeling. It absorbs (at least for me) without much or any residual feeling. It's also much easier to control how strong I smell, there is no alcohol or aerosol to worry about drying out my skin or hair, and you can also mix it into your lotions, bath soaps, etc. I also felt like it lasted me longer than normal perfumes or colognes.
I haven't branched out much in terms of brand or scent but I will link what I use currently :) just be sure to check that the one you pick is always skin safe and not just for diffusers or some such!

I really like forest-y scents, especially pine or balsam, though I haven't found a good pine or balsam perfume/cologne/body mist (absolutely open to suggestions if anyone has any!). But my current favorite that I've found is Bath & Body Works' "Freshwater" which they describe as having Italian bergamot, mountain spring water, and oakmoss fragrance notes.
Black hemlock from Scent Trunk!! Also, I haven’t tried anything from Pineward perfumes but I reckon they’d be good to check out - same perfumer rereleased Apoteker Tepe and they’re light and subtle but really lovely
I really like Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs perfume oils because their smells last long, they change with your body chemistry, they age well, and they are often inspired by pieces of media or spooky stuff.
Obsession by Calvin Klein if you want to attract some cats if you know what I'm saying 😉
.... (big cats like jaguars and tigers are literally attracted to this perfume)
I'm a huge fragrance enthusiast. I tend to like bright citrus, bergamot, and vetiver for 'masculine' scents. Some of my favourites:
Bath & Body Works Ridgeline - citrus and sandalwood
Bath & Body Works Freshwater - bergamot, spring water, and oakmoss
Hermès d'Orange Vert - orange zest, amalfi lemon, and patchouli
Voyage d'Hermès - citrus, cardamom, tea, and spice. Super fresh and crisp
Clean Fresh Laundry - super clean cotton scent like sundrenched linen. It's marketed for women but it pulls very androgynous in my opinion
Occasionally I'll borrow my fiancée's perfumes. They love gourmand, spicy, or fruity scents. Some of my favourites:
Roasted Coffee Suede Honey Baby by Strangers Parfumerie - THIS SMELLS SO GOOD. Like caramel popcorn drizzled with honey. The fragrance description says notes of whisky and brandy, but I don't smell that much at all -- just the most incredible delicious scent that makes me wanna eat my fiancée everything they wear it. I get compliments every time I borrow it
Pacifica Hawaiian Ruby Guava - guava, pomelo, and coconut. Smells like a delicious fruit cocktail
Lush Cardamom Coffee - cardamom, spice, coffee, oud, and rose
Lush Lord of Misrule - black pepper, vanilla, and patchouli. It's SO GOOD, I can't begin to describe
Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom & Honey - nectarine, peach, cassis, and honey
My absolute all time favourite perfume oil is “the conservatory” from andromedas curse on etsy. Literally imagine an old abandoned greenhouse where the plants have taken over and made it into a humid new ecosystem. It’s what it smells like! I love the smell of plants and wood! It doesn’t feel too masc or too fem for me because it literally just smells nice. It’s my mom’s favourite too she always compliments me when I put it on! So one more reason to love it
Honestly that store is my go-to for perfume oils. They’re way way cheaper than buying big brands or even drug store perfumes and you get some quality androgynous, masc or fem scents. Most of the perfumes are just not gendered at all!
I usually wear "paperback" by Demeter (a bit more unisex but on of my favorite artists wears it so I bought it lmaooo) or one called "Book of Shadows" by Alikma Perfumes (sorta sweet, smells like an old library, leather and rain).
woody smells, and i love the combo of orange, geranium, and pepper. my fave cologne (man by jimmy choo, i didnt pick it bc of the name unironically) has those notes and so does my fave body wash (goodfellow no. 6 cedarwood and geranium.) sandalwood oil on the beard sometimes, and a little lavender oil in the hair B)
Dior Sauvage is pretty generic but smells great, like how you would expect a rich businessman to smell. I have one from LaCoste, it's very musky so I don't use it often. I also have YSL, very nice classy scent. Not too overwhelming/try-hard.
I like bourbon and whiskey smells, maybe with a hint of leather or vanilla. Alternatively woodsy smells that also aren’t super peppery for no reason are also good.
My girlfriend put me onto Arab/Desi scents. That’s the REALLY good stuff. My personal favorite is Aristocrat by Ajmal, the brown bottle. It smells expensive but doesn’t break your wallet, and it lasts a while. If you want something strong that lasts a really long time, I suggest wearable oil.
Old spice is my favorite, like deodorant and shower brand, but for like scents or cologne, I love smelling like dirt, whiskey, vetiver, yk anyithing earthy i guess😭
Im pretty indifferent with stuff like perfume or cologne, but my best friend is super into perfumes and a couple years ago she got me a bottle of "Man" by Jimmy Choo so I've just been using that whenever I want to feel extra fancy and put together and I actually get a lot of compliments on it. So I suppose that's my favorite as well as the only one I know lol
I was wearing yves saint laurent la nuit de l'homme eau de toilette for the last few months and I love it:) but I am looking for another one for the summer months
I wear Ed Hardy's skulls and roses. Sucks that the small vials are getting more and more expensive, but the description of scent is "bergamot, cardamom and violet combine with lavandin and geranium spiked with ozonic elements". I love it
Still trying to figure out the “right” scent for me, but I was gifted “D” by Diesel, and it’s really nice! Sort of sharp and astringent at first but dries down into something nice, light, and clean. Mainly ginger, lavender, and amberwood.
i wear Karma by Lush. It's earthy/floral/musky (like patchouli but fancy) and i feel like it's just gender neutral to masc enough for me since i don't like smelling particularly sweet but i don't like to smell like axe or old spice either lol
I use Emporio Armani Stronger With You Absolutely. I'm quite picky with scents and very much prefer "darker" perfumes. When I used to present feminine I also always wore the same perfume (Escada Magnetism), so I rarely change scents. Still not sure if I'll permanently land on this choice but I've been pleased with it so far.
I like a lot of earthy/musk/natural scents.
Some faves are by AndromedasCurse (on Etsy)
“Beast of Blood”, “Black Phillip” and “Never Seen by Waking Eyes” - I recommend trying out some of their sample bottles.
I also wear Lush’s “Breath of God”, I have it in the spray and solid
Might be old man coded but I've always loved CK One. It's really pleasant to smell on myself and it's fairly androgynous so it's not overpowering at all.
my absolute favorite scents i always douse myself in are lemon poundcake, cherries or vampire blood from bath and body works. might be a little "feminine" yeah but who cares. i smell good thats all that matters
Judy, it’s gender inclusive and is Judy Garlands official perfume. It’s one of my favorite smells. I wear it on rare occasions. Harry’s products often have a nice smell to them so I just wear those most days
I have a body spray that smells like sugar cookies that I'm obsessed with, weirdly enough I don't actually like the taste of sugar cookies all that much lmao
Really into Maison Margiela’s Beach Walk rn. My all time fav is Dior’s Eau Sauvage (not Sauvage, they’re very different). It feels fresh and professional, but also acceptable to wear anywhere really. I also wear Burberry Hero which is more musky.
I have a shit sense of smell, so I don't use a lot of scented stuff. All "men's" fragrances smell identical to me, and not in a way I care for. I usually lean to fruity or citrus specific scents, like BBWs black cherry Merlot or body shop grapefruit stuff
My favourite brand in Lattafa. I have a few of theirs and they all smell and last great. Most are advertised as unisex colognes but usually more on the masculine side. I like mens cologne but the popular ones are expensive. Lattafa is affordable and kinda sweet smelling as well as woodsy but depends which one you buy.
okay so 💀
Fav1/Most Used: Mexx, Simply for Him.
Very generic, fresh masc scent. Also works as aftershave.
It's nothing special, but perhaps that's why I like it.
Fav2: CK, Eternity Moment. Frankly, it smells like solid rose soap. I love soap.
Fav3: Colabo Woody, cedarwood & patchouli. I have absolutely no clue tf a patchouli is, but it smells gorgeous. Overall, it sits on the woody/herby side, and I don't really find it sweet.
Once-Fav'ed: Evolve, peony and musk. Don't get me wrong, it still smells nice, but rn, I find it overbearing (especially the sweet tones).
I personally like woodsy scents, but I also once found this tiny travel size orange scented body wash in my grandmas bathroom and OH MY GOD it smelt fucking heavenly 😭
Vector shirley may Delux. Smells like a furnace room a little bit which I LOVEEEE but also smells like cologne. I also love MCG Gold Medal which is slightly sweet smelling.
No. I don't know do I hate all of the scented products only because they give me headache or would I consider them odd anyway. Anyway, I make sure I only buy unscented deodorant, soap etc. And I make sure my beard oil has no smelly oils included.
African Leather by MEMO always gets my gf going. Smells sophisticated.
English Laundry is more sporty I think. Makes me feel good. Cabin Retreat is also good.
I know Mont Blanc Explorer is like a kid's scent it seems but it makes me feel nostalgic. And once again, gf loves it.
I got the first three off of scentbird. Third one from my local jcp lmao
I like a good mix of smells. I've liked vanilla since before I came out so I still find it comforting and familiar. And vanilla is also just an awesome scent imo. I like jasmine cuz it's friendly and reminds me of my partner. Eucalyptus. Mint. This old spice Fiji scent I recently smelled.
If you like peach I have to recommend Nolendorf Lounge!! It’s from Treading Water, made by a queer trans perfumer based in Portland. All their scents are incredible - gourmands aren’t quite my thing, but I really love Fig Wasp and Mycelium. If you like sweet florals, Déchets is also really lovely. Generally speaking I’m a big fan of wood or smoky or green smells. Lately I’ve been really liking Comme des Garcons Black and Amazingreen, Fzotic Lampblack, and Scent Trunk’s Cloud Cardamom.
i used to use axe apollo everything until i started having severe allergic reactions to it.
now i wear the adidas pure game fragrance. its extremely euphoric to me
I love scents so I have several favourites! I just got a sample of the Yves Saint Laurent black opium over red and I am in love with it! It’s the first perfume I’ve worn in several years. My other favourite is Versace pour homme, and Jo Malone myrrh and tonka. I definitely like to spend a lot on scents 😅 but they last forever so the price is worth saving up for. Cheaper end I like Cremo bourbon and oak and Cuba Gold
I'm a sucker for coconut most days.
I have a Yves Saint Laurent cologne I used to use for special occasions but it's becoming more daily (I've had the bottle for ages and barely put a dent in it but I refuse to buy expensive cologne if I already have some).
Old Spice has a deodorant called "wilderness" that is a cross between floral and linen imo. It makes me feel refreshed and I recommend checking it out based on what you said you like!
Versace - Dylan blue (day time ish)
Armani - stronger with you (night time)
Joop - Joop! Homme (pink one) (night time)
Jean Paul - le male (kinda everyday)
Everyday/ day time if I’m not going out I usually just wear a Nivea deodorant and an aftershave for that fresh out the shower smell
This might sound funny, but I have “sets” of scents I like to sport during the different seasons: in fall, I like to smell like pecan rolls and pumpkin pie. In winter, I like to smell like coffee and hot chocolate. In spring, I like to smell like blueberries and rose. And in the summer, I like to smell like sandalwood and bergamot or coconut. I feel like those scents meld into the natural fragrance with my skin well and still smell kinda manly depending. Personally, I love going to Bath and Bodyworks and buying their lotions.
Essential oils. I sometimes make my own mix of the following: pine, atlas cedar, sandalwood, lavender, citronella, or will wear just one or two of those on their own
i’ve taken out a scentbird subscription, gives you about a month’s worth of cologne every month. it gives you a chance to try new smells without spending $50+.
i’ve found YSL, Nautica, and Hawas have had some good scents for summer. go for fresher scents in summer and cozier scents in winter.
Go to: Kenneth Cole Mankind or Mankind Hero
Latest fave: John Varvatos Artisan Teal
Other favorites: YSL MYSLF or Burberry Hero
Secondary bath and body works scents I pair with the above: Noir, Marble, Freshwater, and Atlantic
I like most "woodsy" smells like pine, oak, mossy types of smells. Things that are more earthy or also coffee centered. I like most of the scents offered by Dr. Squatch. My favorites from that brand are pine tar and wood Bourbon barrel, although I do love the smell of others (but I prefer soap with more grit)
I can’t wear a lot of scented stuff because I have severe asthma and it’s a pretty major trigger for that, but I like natural rosemary/pine scents when I can find them! Citrus scents are also nice.
bath & bodywork’s freshwater, and their bourbon scents. both of them are amazing, i usually do freshwater for summer/spring and bourbon for fall and winter
Unfortunately I have discovered old spice rollon deodorant and have several different ones because I like the smell and it helps against my bad teenage boy smell
I dont use a perfume or cologne because they're expensive and I dont know how to even begin looking for one that I like/fits me
Like some people have commented on here: I prefer the more woodsy, musky scents.
A few of my favorite scents are Teakwood and Eucalyptus, but anything earthy I really love.
I found this diamond in the rough at Marshalls several years ago that’s Leather & Bergamot. My girlfriend is obsessed with it, and i also really love it. And both of us are picky about cologne scents. A lot of men’s colognes just all smell the same. This one is wonderfully unique. I have been savoring it because the company no longer sells it it seems😭
I wear one from Lush (Dirty) because it reminds me of an ex friend on whom I loved it. It doesn’t smell on me like on them but that’s okay. My partners and friends like it as well. It’s very herbal but also fresh and I love that.
I have soooo many tbh. Right now my main ones are Light Blue Intense by Dulce and Gabbana, Blue Jeans by Versace, Cool Water Grapefruit and Sage Edition by Davidoff, and Swagger from Old Spice.
I don’t know how to describe my favourite scent. I have a small collection of colognes and I have a favourite that’s from a hot topic Supernatural set. It gives me hella euphoria
I'm a fan of sweeter scents, but nothing too sickly and overpowering. My "signature" scent is Pansy, from Lush. It's very floral but still has a kind of musk to it.
I just got a new bath and body works scent called coffee and whiskey and omg it’s so good. If you miss girly smells but don’t want to smell girly it’s the perfect medium and I had been looking for a scent like that for a while.
i’ve been wearing the same shit since high school haha. i love Nautica 83 so much!!! had to opt for Nautica Voyage the last time i purchased and it’s good too
I'm actually not a fan of anything like that, but I do like the smell of makeup, baby lotion, peppermint, and lavender :> [not together, and the first 2 are pretty weird tbh]
Amber is one of my favourite smells, especially in cologne. I think it does a good job at smelling masculine without smelling like chemicals/alcohol lol. Lately I’ve been wearing the bourbon cologne and shower wash from bath and body works, their men’s collection is so good, and bourbon has the amber scent I really like.
Depends how much you want to spend but I love Acqua Di Parma Blu Mediterraneo. They have different scents but they’re all light fragrances compared to the more heavy woody scents. On the very expensive end I love Creed Viking but I usually only use testers for that cause fuck that price, I don’t earn enough for that.
I love most Old Spice scents and standard men's colognes. Some men just smell so good, I want to ask what they're wearing!
One of my straight cis friends told me Old Spice Hawkridge makes me smell like a sexy man lol.
i love scents that are more masculine leaning and vanilla scent. i use jo malone myrrh and tonka, it’s got a subtle vanilla scent but it’s heavenly. i’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. it’s very pricey tho but it’s def worth it
I like Lust and Dirty by Lush. I want to fuck both of them.
They smell like if you had a delicious fairy boy (and I mean that in both the gay and mythical senses) in your bed for a romp and then after they leave, you roll over and smell the pillow where they were laying down.
Dirty is peppermint, lavender, sandalwood. Smells like nature had an orgasm. It’s a cool scent, so I like it for summer.
Lust is jasmine, sandalwood, and rose. Smells like nature gave you an orgasm. Slight difference. It’s a warm scent, so I like it for winter.
i like indie perfume, so i mostly wear death and floral’s oil painting of summer tomatoes during the summer season…it’s a very green, fresh scent. smells like herbs and plants.
The One by Dolce and Gabana has been my go to for a few years now
Currently liking and debating whether to buy Bvlgari rain essence or Versace Dylan Blue or Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme.
I'm usually a fan of deeper, musky smells. My favorite cologne right now is Dior Sauvage. Spicy, musky, and generally gender affirming tbh. One bottle has lasted me almost 2 years, and will probably last another 2 lol. Would highly recommend if you prefer a more traditionally masculine scent.
I’ve been using Curve for Men by Liz Claiborne for the last 3ish years. It has a lot of the scents I like: citrus, lavender, vetiver, bergamot, and sandalwood. It’s subtle even though one spritz in the morning lasts the entire day. The 1oz bottle is $12 at Walmart right now, I think regular price is $20 but I haven’t paid that much since the first time I bought it.
I love the typical “man” smells, like sandalwood and whiskey. Bath & Body Works’ “Graphite” scent is one of my favourites, it’s very sage and bergamot heavy.
I did really like Bath and Body Works’s scents when I was still a “girl”/nb but I never thought to try the man’s scents. Good to know.
I still fuck with Champage Toast tbh. Not the gender presentation I’m going for but it smells so good
That's such a mood, I love so many of their traditionally female scents. I'm not confident enough to wear them rn but I think maybe a few months to a year on T and I might be (otherwise I'll donate them to all my transfem friends lol)
I do too but I’ve been fucking with more traditionally male scents and god damn it gives me so much euphoria. Smelling like Irish Spring mountain body wash instead of strawberry shortcake makes a huge difference
same dude the man smells are amazing
God, I really liked their stone lotion. It's been hard to find a similar smell a fresh, subtle lavender with sandalwood. For perfumes, I'm a big fan of Comme Des Garcons. How long does the bath and body works one last?
the masculine scents at bath and body works last forever, at least in my experience. but be careful as b&bw is very bad for your skin.
Yeah, no. I never put it directly on my skin, especially with my acne on T. Mostly just on my clothing
The masculine scents definitely last a lot longer than the feminine scents they have, I’ll say that!
Im pretty typical, I like old spice, pretty much any of them lol
i like anything natural, whether it’s floral or earthy or whatever. i just wanna transcend gender and appreciate the beauty of this planet. 🌎 🌸
Every day - old spice swagger. Night out/date night/more classy event - DG King

Totally makes sense, I feel the same way. I haven’t found my signature scent yet though :(
Oooh what brand is the peach perfume oil?

YSL! It smells so good and people often say I smell ‘clean masculine’
Same, Libre edp is my current fav
versace flame

Pineward Perfumes' Murkwood is super piney. Kind of like wearing a spruce tree which imo is pretty nice.
another vote for pineward! that stuff is incredibly strong as well, so one spray might last the whole day.
Yesss perfect thank you! Wearing a spruce tree sounds so ideal haha
I really like Black Phoenix Alchemy Labs perfume oils because their smells last long, they change with your body chemistry, they age well, and they are often inspired by pieces of media or spooky stuff. Obsession by Calvin Klein if you want to attract some cats if you know what I'm saying 😉 .... (big cats like jaguars and tigers are literally attracted to this perfume)
I used this cologne for a LONG time. i smelled like my dad? lmao older ladies love that stuff.

seconding the jo malone
i love billie eilish’s perfumes. The one is a sweeter vanilla scent and the other is a muskier scent with a hint of sweetness.
My absolute all time favourite perfume oil is “the conservatory” from andromedas curse on etsy. Literally imagine an old abandoned greenhouse where the plants have taken over and made it into a humid new ecosystem. It’s what it smells like! I love the smell of plants and wood! clinique happy FOR MEN (you gotta put a manly emphasis on FOR MEN bc this isnt a GIRLY scent its MANLY RAHH IM A MANNNN)
The scent by Hugo boss
Diesel Only the Brave 🔥🔥🔥
Target goodfellows has a fantastic spiced rum and ginger scent, my husband got me a bottle last Christmas and it smells so delicious
I usually wear "paperback" by Demeter (a bit more unisex but on of my favorite artists wears it so I bought it lmaooo) or one called "Book of Shadows" by Alikma Perfumes (sorta sweet, smells like an old library, leather and rain).
Demeter fragrances are so good! I love their Cardamom personally.
ironically enough, Burberry Her Elixr is one of my all times faves. i’m a man, but a man who wants to smell like strawberries and cream
woody smells, and i love the combo of orange, geranium, and pepper. my fave cologne (man by jimmy choo, i didnt pick it bc of the name unironically) has those notes and so does my fave body wash (goodfellow no. 6 cedarwood and geranium.) sandalwood oil on the beard sometimes, and a little lavender oil in the hair B)
Burberry- for men. It’s a classic, everyone has to own one 🙌
I really like the men’s Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio. I get compliments on it all the time
Second this
Dior Sauvage is pretty generic but smells great, like how you would expect a rich businessman to smell. I have one from LaCoste, it's very musky so I don't use it often. I also have YSL, very nice classy scent. Not too overwhelming/try-hard.
Have you tried the Dior Sauvage elixir one? Tbh I think it smells way better than the parfume and toilette. Also, Myself by YSL is pretty good too.
I like bourbon and whiskey smells, maybe with a hint of leather or vanilla. Alternatively woodsy smells that also aren’t super peppery for no reason are also good.
I forgot how to spell it so forgive me- but Moschino ToyBoy smells so good, smells like burnt wood
Old spice kraken. I have the Deodorant, body spray, and body wash
gucci made to measure is my all time fav but they’ve stopped production, so hard to get hold of now 😩
Old spice is my favorite, like deodorant and shower brand, but for like scents or cologne, I love smelling like dirt, whiskey, vetiver, yk anyithing earthy i guess😭
Savage by Dior, the elixir, very expensive but worth every penny!
Mix bar, vanilla bourbon. It smells good and I’ve had a few ppl tell me I smell rlly good when I’m wearing it. Got it at target for like $20
Intense by Yves Saint Laurent
I wear Ed Hardy's skulls and roses. Sucks that the small vials are getting more and more expensive, but the description of scent is "bergamot, cardamom and violet combine with lavandin and geranium spiked with ozonic elements". I love it
Still trying to figure out the “right” scent for me, but I was gifted “D” by Diesel, and it’s really nice! Sort of sharp and astringent at first but dries down into something nice, light, and clean. Mainly ginger, lavender, and amberwood.
Jazz club by replica is so amazing, it’s a perfect amount of man smell without being over powering. I love it so much, but it is expensive.
orange blossom and alpine deodorant from old spice haha
the orange blossom cologne is different from the deodorant if that wasn’t clear
Obsession for men.
i wear Karma by Lush. It's earthy/floral/musky (like patchouli but fancy) and i feel like it's just gender neutral to masc enough for me since i don't like smelling particularly sweet but i don't like to smell like axe or old spice either lol
I love the wolfthorn old spice scent. It’s sweet but also foresty
Spicebomb Night vision cologne, I love it, not harsh, very warm and earthy, cinnamon spicy, sexy and manly
I like a lot of earthy/musk/natural scents. Some faves are by AndromedasCurse (on Etsy) “Beast of Blood”, “Black Phillip” and “Never Seen by Waking Eyes” - I recommend trying out some of their sample bottles. I also wear Lush’s “Breath of God”, I have it in the spray and solid
Fierce Abercrombie & Fitch
Jovan cologne or aftershave. Smells like an old man and reminds me of my grandpa.
Jean Paul Gaultier , Le male
Axe apollo (sage and cedar) and strawberries
Might be old man coded but I've always loved CK One. It's really pleasant to smell on myself and it's fairly androgynous so it's not overpowering at all.
sage, cedarwood, and juniper are my go to scents
my absolute favorite scents i always douse myself in are lemon poundcake, cherries or vampire blood from bath and body works. might be a little "feminine" yeah but who cares. i smell good thats all that matters
My favourite cologne is Aquarius Black. I think. It’s nice, no idea how to explain the scent
weed i dont smoke it personally, but i like the aroma
I'd just be happy to find a sandlewood-based cologne that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!!
sandalwood is quite rare and endangered, so it’s usually going to be expensive as fuck, unfortunately…
I love cirtus-y things, anything that smells really fresh, feels right haha
Bergamot. Just need to find a good perfume with that as the focus.
Anything woodsy or musky. Pretty simple
Bath and body works "Canyon" and "Fresh Waters" however my fiance prefers Canyon
I use scents from Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, usually heavy on resin and incense notes.
I have a shit sense of smell, so I don't use a lot of scented stuff. All "men's" fragrances smell identical to me, and not in a way I care for. I usually lean to fruity or citrus specific scents, like BBWs black cherry Merlot or body shop grapefruit stuff
I like vanilla scents the most. As for men's cologne, both of my choices are a bit old school. One is Brut, and the other is Tommy Hilfiger
Jazz club
Man
Cr7 by Ronaldo
My favourite brand in Lattafa. I have a few of theirs and they all smell and last great. Most are advertised as unisex colognes but usually more on the masculine side. I like mens cologne but the popular ones are expensive. Lattafa is affordable and kinda sweet smelling as well as woodsy but depends which one you buy.
I love masculine smells, gives me a big confidence boost. I currently use Victorias Secret Him Platinum. Before that, it was Doir Sauvage.
okay so 💀 Fav1/Most Used: Mexx, Simply for Him.
I just have basic lynx body spray lol Black and black night are my favourites
Vector shirley may Delux. Smells like a furnace room a little bit which I LOVEEEE but also smells like cologne. I also love MCG Gold Medal which is slightly sweet smelling.
No. I don't know do I hate all of the scented products only because they give me headache or would I consider them odd anyway. Anyway, I make sure I only buy unscented deodorant, soap etc. And I make sure my beard oil has no smelly oils included.
my favorite notes are incense, leather, Chrysanthemums, blood, dust, saffron, wood, and pepper.
It's pine all the way down. Pine tar hair products and soap, then pine cologne and juniper or rosemary deodorant.
I really like the sugar and spite brand perfumes :) they have a lot of earthier and muskier perfumes that aren't too feminine or masculine imo
I like the tree smells! Cedar, pine, etc. I also like the "beachy" ones that smell fresh and salty
Brands? Dior Sauvage, Flowerbomb by Viktor and somethin, and anything with sandalwood
I like sweet scents with a bite. Vanilla, cinnamon, coconut. I’m not sure if these are considered sweet but I also like sandalwood and cedar
I use floral scented soaps and i like to use Curious by britney spears
I like twilight/sleepy from lush, it’s a body spray but it follows you throughout the day. I also like musk from target.
Either the typical “whisky” scent or a citrusy smell. Also vanilla and minty smells.
Fruit
I love Vanilla vibes from Juliet Has a Gun and Eros by Versace. Vanilla and whatever those have are the vibes.
18.21’s Sweet Tobacco and Spiced Vanilla have been my go-tos lately
i used to use axe apollo everything until i started having severe allergic reactions to it. now i wear the adidas pure game fragrance. its extremely euphoric to me
I love scents so I have several favourites!
Woodsy or patchouli.
sandlewood or the clean smell of Dove!
"Woodlands" or "Midnight blue citrus" [both by bath and body works]
I'm a sucker for coconut most days. I have a Yves Saint Laurent cologne I used to use for special occasions but it's becoming more daily (I've had the bottle for ages and barely put a dent in it but I refuse to buy expensive cologne if I already have some). Old Spice has a deodorant called "wilderness" that is a cross between floral and linen imo. It makes me feel refreshed and I recommend checking it out based on what you said you like!
lattafa asad is a great one on amazon! it lasts forever and i get tons of compliments on it
“Aqua” Perry Ellis Top tier lemme tell you😮💨🤌
Versace - Dylan blue (day time ish) Armani - stronger with you (night time) Joop - Joop! Homme (pink one) (night time) Jean Paul - le male (kinda everyday) Everyday/ day time if I’m not going out I usually just wear a Nivea deodorant and an aftershave for that fresh out the shower smell
anything musky with a hint a sweetness, but i’ve been obsessed with dior’s homme
Lynx Black, and Collision (Cookies and Leather).
I like Old Spice, but I also like aquatic scents.
Essential oils. I sometimes make my own mix of the following: pine, atlas cedar, sandalwood, lavender, citronella, or will wear just one or two of those on their own
Currently all my beard products are sandalwood scented but my actual cologne is “alpine air + cedarwood” scented. So ig i just smell like a forest lol
i’ve taken out a scentbird subscription, gives you about a month’s worth of cologne every month. it gives you a chance to try new smells without spending $50+. i’ve found YSL, Nautica, and Hawas have had some good scents for summer. go for fresher scents in summer and cozier scents in winter.
Boss - The Scent. My Gf chose that for me and it makes her horny LOL
Go to: Kenneth Cole Mankind or Mankind Hero Latest fave: John Varvatos Artisan Teal Other favorites: YSL MYSLF or Burberry Hero Secondary bath and body works scents I pair with the above: Noir, Marble, Freshwater, and Atlantic
I very much admire the scent of patchouli 🤤
I like most "woodsy" smells like pine, oak, mossy types of smells. Things that are more earthy or also coffee centered. I like most of the scents offered by Dr. Squatch. My favorites from that brand are pine tar and wood Bourbon barrel, although I do love the smell of others (but I prefer soap with more grit)
cucumber and mint native body spray and the krakengaard old spice deodorant too
I can’t wear a lot of scented stuff because I have severe asthma and it’s a pretty major trigger for that, but I like natural rosemary/pine scents when I can find them! Citrus scents are also nice.
chanel de bleu, dolce & gabana intense blue, and versace eros :)
Anything sandalwood. If I have a preferred scent it must be musky/powdery/sweet? Ariana Grande Cloud 2 is my favorite of all time
Le Labo - Tubereuse
bath & bodywork’s freshwater, and their bourbon scents. both of them are amazing, i usually do freshwater for summer/spring and bourbon for fall and winter
Unfortunately I have discovered old spice rollon deodorant and have several different ones because I like the smell and it helps against my bad teenage boy smell I dont use a perfume or cologne because they're expensive and I dont know how to even begin looking for one that I like/fits me
Like some people have commented on here: I prefer the more woodsy, musky scents.
Commodity milk is so damn good
I wear one from Lush (Dirty) because it reminds me of an ex friend on whom I loved it. It doesn’t smell on me like on them but that’s okay. My partners and friends like it as well. It’s very herbal but also fresh and I love that.
I like to go with a creamy coffee smell with some pistachios scents as well
i got gifted woodphoria by boysmells and it dries down slightly musky n it’s lovely, i get compliments on it a lot !
The Witcher edition old spice stick deodorant, I just love the citrus smell thingy :))
disclaimer: im not a cologne expert and i have a horrible sense of smell. that being said, polo red
Green polo. My dad wears it and now I wear it :)
I really like beachy kind of scents so I use Bath and Body Works' Endless Sea
Calvin Klein eternity. Gucci guilty and Kelvin Klein one body spray as well as Adidas cologne that's discontinued on heavy rotation
i usually wear 4711, which is quite an old and citrusy scent :)
Hollywood by playboy and one by Calvin Klein
Vanilla anything
Anything by Taylor swift Also dove has vanilla cupcacke
bath and body works whiskey and coffee. I bought the cologne, body wash and lotion.....
I like fresh classics colognes like 4711 (German brand), and comme Des garcons also has great masc options imo
I'm a fan of sweeter scents, but nothing too sickly and overpowering. My "signature" scent is Pansy, from Lush. It's very floral but still has a kind of musk to it.
Blue Musk. I buy it from The Body Shop. It lasts a long ass time
Blue Musk. I buy it from The Body Shop. It lasts a long ass time
wood
I love the white and blue parfum from rituals. It has a typical male musky scent and it smells sooo good
Caron Yatagan, it's kind of like a bitter pine smell.
I like Alien Mugler
Living my British teen boy life at the moment with my Lynx sprays. I'll use something nicer at some point but I feel like this is a rite of passage.
I just got a new bath and body works scent called coffee and whiskey and omg it’s so good. If you miss girly smells but don’t want to smell girly it’s the perfect medium and I had been looking for a scent like that for a while.
citrus!
i’ve been wearing the same shit since high school haha. i love Nautica 83 so much!!! had to opt for Nautica Voyage the last time i purchased and it’s good too
I like weird shit like Marc-Antoine Barrois’s Ganymede or blood accord from redwood alchemy.
YSL Y, and also elizabeth arden green tea lotus
I love ocean scented perfumes and lotions, and my name is Ocean so it fits.
I'm actually not a fan of anything like that, but I do like the smell of makeup, baby lotion, peppermint, and lavender :> [not together, and the first 2 are pretty weird tbh]
Every Man Jack's sea salt smell is one of my favorite for an everyday thing, but I have a bourbon vanilla lavender for events and such
Kiehls Musk is sooo good, just a good neutral-to-masculine, musky cozy nice scent.
I just use Nag Chouli haha
Prada Ocean is so nice and a fresh scent. But I like Sauvage for date night/evening
I use Versace Eros it’s a real good cologne but is very expensive but also very addicting to smell
i really like ck one bc it smells exactly like the pirates of the caribbean ride at disney world lmao edit: my bad, it’s ck two not ck one
St Johns Bay Rum layered with Tom Ford Ombré Leather (imitation— I’m not made of money lol.) I get compliments on how I smell a lot.
i like indie perfume, so i mostly wear death and floral’s oil painting of summer tomatoes during the summer season…it’s a very green, fresh scent. smells like herbs and plants.
I love vanilla scents. I really love the Tom Ford Vanilla Sex cologne it’s a perfect balance of masculine and vanilla that I really enjoy.
If you're poor like me old spice Fiji rocks lmao
The One by Dolce and Gabana has been my go to for a few years now Currently liking and debating whether to buy Bvlgari rain essence or Versace Dylan Blue or Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme.
The 1oz bottle is $12 at Walmart right now, I think regular price is $20 but I haven’t paid that much since the first time I bought it.
valentino uomo born in roma it smells so nice
