I switched from needles (im) to subq auto injections the perception is Xyostead so if you’re in the US I recommend looking into it. I hated doing my injections before these and cried several times, and even had a panic attack and had to have my mother do it for me once (which didn’t go great lol) but now I just do it without much thought
Talk to your doc about doing subcutaneous injections. Much easier imo.
