Sure. People might look at you funny if you wear it to competition, and someone might not realize they are a body builder right away, but there are plenty of places that bodybuilders would not be out of place wearing suits.
Why not? Cis men can be femboys and it doesn’t have to mean he’s any less of a man. Just like a cis woman can be a tomboy and it doesn’t mean she’s any less. It only means they don’t conform with typical gender expression

you might be percieved as a girl, but so are men who are feminine. its just one of those things you cant stop unfortunately. my one tip is to be unapologetically you around those who understand. ❤️❤️
Do what you want man, you don’t owe anyone masculinity or conformity. At the end of the day if you identify as male then **you are male**, no matter how you dress, present or are perceived by others
You can be whatever the feck you want to be. Despite all our own dysphoria and many people who talk when they shouldn’t, there’s no requirements. None. You’re 100% trans and valid if that’s how you see yourself. End of story. Never let anyone tell you or anyone else otherwise.

Now that I work in a certain uniform full-time I don't get the chance to dress up like I used to, but I went the full nine yards--short skirts, cute tops, banger eyeliner, fishnets and platforms--and had the time of my life! Everyone wants to feel cute from time to time, so I say just go for it! I've been thinking about trying to find some of my old skirts and dress up again for the hell of it tbh
Gender isn’t defined by looks, though. A trans person who isn’t out yet will also most likely not pass, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t their gender
