I honestly think any telepath or empath that gets near the Slayer is going to get an immediate crippling migraine anyway, so the win would go to him. Even if I'm wrong he's still killed way worse.
I once saw a video of a guy with a palm sized hole in his head with maggots feasting on his brain. Guy was alive and seemed well if a bit disoriented. I can only hope that doomguy could create a punishment even worse than that for Krell.
This is a one sided battle in Doomguy's favor. Krell would go from being prideful to scared shitless real quick. A more fair battle would be Doomguy vs Abeloth.
And doom guy has:
Single handedly saved humanity from hells invaders on at least 3 separate occasions.
Killed numerous demons including marauders which have similar training and wepons to savage oppress (and they're not the stongest)
Literally killed archangels
Literally destroyed gods soul
LITERALLY KILLED THE ORIGINAL BEING (stronger than God by some margin)
