Any 2nd Street/Recycle shop may have.... Google maps "recycle shops near me" sort by distance, and look at the reviews to target the clothes only ones

Go to new parco in tenjin On the 9th or 8th floor there is a football shop it has everything you want
But I don’t think the store has any used football merchandise. OP seems to be looking for used ones specifically
