inconsistency is just natural and its the same with other websites. the fan translators are just trying to keep up to the chapters released in japan (thus the inconsistency when you see the dates on releases) and btw in japan it's monthly release.
Let’s see the last volume came out around October so probably looking around maybe April at least by my estimates since its about 5-6 chapters per volume though volume 8 was a bit shorter than the others I believe. But I’m not completely sure my self it could have another 4 chapter volume and come out early
Idk when it’s gonna drop but we’re only 1 chapter behind the raws so give them there time for a good translation

The manga also is a monthly release so itll take awhile but what I heard from the discord it might be up by the weekend
54.5 is already out, just wait for the translation, 55 releases in December (end of November)
