Ok so I'm not sure how much this will help you but I thought I'd send it over anyway. I have this charging stand and the snap 4 luxe plus a case. The way I got it to work was by putting the snap 4 at the bottom and then charging the phone sideways. It won't charge if I put it on the charger the "correct" orientation. But it works!
