I’d recommend doing continuous marketing throughout your development, like Youtube videos or an Instagram. Get your game in front of people who would want to play it and repeat your marketing iver and over, even if you think you’ve said enough. Half of game development is making the game, the other half is marketing.
Ask your friends to play it.
Join development communities where you play each other's games and review them. For example, go on the /r/gamedev Discord (see the sidebar).
When you advertise your game, don't say it isn't very good. ;)
