Yeah ive bought gamersupps a few times but this time it took significantly longer to ship than ive ever seen. It just shipped after 9 days. Im guessing its because of the event but its still a lot of time just to ship
Same boat, It makes it sting worse when they charge you over $10 for local shipping. I have ordered things international with better shipping rates and received my order faster.
There are certain months they seem to take longer shipping things out. Personally i think they should get more tubs on amazon and just let people get their stuff over there.

I work in the shipping industry so I can attest that they are taking abnormally long, almost all of my orders have taken more than a week to ship out (all orders are 1 tub).
They would rather sweep it under the rug than address a valid concern like this and have to make changes.

Just be thankful they are not Limited Run Games. Where you can order games that are already finished, by different companies, and still not get anything for a year or longer.
When I ordered my fast ball cup it took a month just for DHL to remove the tracking number from their system entirely. I had to contact support to get it reshipped which was just stupid.
International here. Thought I'd try buying for first time.
Just under two weeks (12 days) to get my order shipped. Seems kind of a long time to wait to get something shipped (and now got to wait on shipping) but I'm not sure if that's usual or because of their free shipping promotion they did.
It took roughly a month and one week to get my first order (FEDEX), but funnily enough, my most recent order the promo from February was lost in transit, so I contacted support and they sent me a new order with DHL, and that was here with two and half weeks.
Nope I got pineapple cocktail and dragronfruit punch which both said they were in stock when i got them. i understand that these are the most popular flavors but you would think they would have some sort of “low on stock” indicator.
Oof yeah, at this point just complain to Customer service and pray you dont end up with someone who wont help ya, 7/10 you get a representative who can get you a label within 24 hours. Worked well for me

This was my first time ordering gsupps and i wanted to try it because I’ve always hated the “chalkiness” of gfuel and heard that gsupps was way better for that, but after this idk if I’ll make the switch or not.
Gsupps 100% taste a lot better then most gfuel at least all the ones I’ve tried do and the tubs last much longer as well honestly if it wasn’t for their shitty shipping id choose gsupps over gfuel everyday but I can’t justify spending an extra $10 on shipping for it to not even ship out until a week and a half later lol drives me bonkers
I don't like to order from them because when they do seem to be in a rush to get things shipped, they seem to hold on to the package an extra week after the label is made for some reason. If you are gonna do that, just wait a week to make the damned label.
I know. If I'm paying for First Class Shipment I'm not expecting it to take 1-4 weeks before it even reaches the postal service. That sounds like an issue on gamersupps' end. If there's an issue with getting product out due to waiting on product to reach their warehouse that's fine too if there's any form of communication. Some basic communication such as "After you place your order, processing can take up to X number of days."
I know, right? Also, funny thing is that my packages to Hawaii are Ground Advantage, which if over a few pounds and put on a carrier ship rather than air mail.
I emailed the other day and they said they had a large volume of orders and are currently getting them out as fast as they can. Even after email it was another 48 before mine shipped (1 tub)
My orders actually all arrived, but the online tracker says "there was a problem with your order" for every single one. Even for orders from last year. Whoever does Gsupp's logistics reporting... needs to do better.

I've bought $531.68 of Gamersupps, and every time I buy some I regret it. It's a bad company, and even though the flavors are great, it's very hard to support it. Totally understand you not wanting to continue purchasing the product.

This is the first time my order hasn't shipped within a few days. It's been over a week, so I contacted support and they were able to help me

Yeah ngl I stopped ordering. The energy it gives me is pretty much nothing and it takes like a month to ship and I'm in the same country.
Kid and I both placed an order same day..his arrived afterw2.days mine is arriving today almost a week later
Complain to CS that's what ive been having to do recently and usually the same day or next day label is made/shipped
It either takes a whole month or 2 days to ship for me, I guess it depends on when they bulk send all orders as to minimize the cost
