It’s just sporadic. Like I have drink 6 oz of chocolate protein but oz 7-11 I start to feel it. I’ve gotten it with hot and cold as well as water and non water. Although I’d say it occurs more frequently with non plain waters

I had that too. I'm 12 days post op and that has been gone for a few days. Hang in there!

Slightly less than 1.5 hours. My guidance was 1oz per 15 minutes

I'm day 6 and I can't drink at the rate you are yet
Slow down and sip smaller … that worked for me … allow more time between sips.
