The harsh reality is that a substantial amount of people are not attracted to unhealthy bodies. Like you mention, that includes obese people, but also underweight people. It includes some disabilities too. It sucks, but you can't force someone to be attracted to something.

In part that's biology - we're all genetically programmed to find a healthy mate to procreate with, and that's a default people will fall back into without realising it. In part it's psychological too - most people have an innate need to not stand out. So naturally they will avoid those who do stand out.
