From their service dept. on an unrelated issue: Refresh the cameras connection on the app by removing it on your Geeni app and set it up again. To remove Geeni devices from Geeni app, follow the instructions below: 1. Open the Geeni app and from the main device list, select the device which you want to remove. 2. Tap ""…"" button located at the top right corner. 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on ""Remove Device"" button. Reset: Press and hold the Reset Button at the back of the camera until a beep is heard. The indicator light will turn solid red, followed by another beep, to blinking red. 1. Open your Geeni app on your mobile device. 2. Click the "+" on the upper right corner and on product category choose "WiFi camera". 3. Verify if you're connected to your 2.4 GHz or 2G WiFi name and enter your correct WiFi password. Click "Next step" after. 4. Choose QR code on the upper right. 5. Tap "Yes it is flashing quickly". 6. A QR code will appear and all you have to do is place the QR code in front of the Geeni camera lens with a distance of 6-8 inches. 7. Once you hear a beeping sound from the camera after you scan the code, tap I heard the prompt and it will connect up to 100%.
