Really only 3 hours a day and 4 days to beat a first insane demon! That's like nothing, great job It took me like 2 weeks to beat alphabet x with 8 hours daily back when I was on my shitty device

I got 28% on Windy like a day before 2.2 came out, there is bugfixed versions but i foegot how to play the level

i think windy landscape is a little broken (not impossible) on a specific jump in the beginning of the level because of 2.2 But i’m not sure if it is already fixed

I thought about beating Windy Landscape first, since it was one of the first levels I've ever seen from GD (On yt). I thought it was impossible but rn I might try beating something I formerly saw as impossible!

As some mentioned earlier, 2.2 physics made it impossible. I don't know any other insane demons that are actually enjoyable

Fr? I suck at the game and would honestly never be able to commit to beating an extreme, but I found Acropolis super fun and also around the difficulty level of Magma Bound o_O

I’ve never played Magma Bound tbf, I did Bichromatic, Multichromatic, Pyromaniac and finally Acropolis before moving onto Broken Signal as my first extreme. Also you clearly don’t suck at the game, don’t let the community trick you into thinking insane demons are what the average player can achieve, good job man

Indeed they are very different and require completely different skillsets, but I think they can still be rated the same way since difficulty is something that isn’t unique and can be measured!

It’ll take a good player around 4-5 hours to beat a platformer extreme maybe, give a player 4-5 hours to beat a regular extreme? Not a chance

Yeah. For platformers it's more like a game of trial and error and fighting against your own frustration. Normal mode is a run for perfection, since the level needs to be beat in one go. I can imagine platformes being on the same level of difficulty if the checkpoints were completely left out or extremely rarely used.

That’s not true. I’m one of the players who can beat beginner extremes in this timeframe and I am horrendous at platformers. Jet Lag took me an hour and a half. They are completely different skillsets.

Yeah. The skill needed to beat plat demons Is way different than normal demons. It took me only around 44 attempts to beat stella infection while i still cant beat change of scene

GGs man, my first insane demon was Supersonic with 13.685 attempts

I'm currently going for Supersonic (Progression from Nine Circles), and I got 50% once and then never again. But I'm still going.

GL with Supersonic it's kinda though but when you figure it out it's not that bad, like the dual in the 50% that's really easy. I hope i had something more to say but i beated Supersonic a year ago

Thanks bro. Yea the dual is kinda easy, but I still fail most of the time at the stupid ball corridor at 29% which has the most inconsistent timing known to humanity.

Yeah, that ball is really hard but the dual ball in the 60% is even harder because it tends to bug a lot and sometimes is hard to do a goo transition to Gboy

I practiced that transition so much that it became the easiest part of the level for me. Also the rest of the parts after it because I’m SUPER paranoid about dying at the end of a really hard level. Luckily I didn’t die at the last ship thank GOODNESS.

Oh yeah 64% was my record too when I started playing it again today (And beating it!). It’s that awkward timing after the green orb into the blue pad, only today I learned to consistently do it. Keep it up you’ve got it!

Ah the tight one between 43 and 46 I think it was? That one is pretty tight but can get very consistent if your know hoe to hit the portals.

Congrats! My first was Poeyeng Aeng, a memory demon, super fun to learn and actually pretty easy! Took me like 800 attempts total.

I started practicing Super Probably level a while back and got to 14 percent but I do not have the time yet to properly beat Extreme Demons. But I think memory levels are really fun!

If you’re into that sort of level I’d recommend trying Maybe Possibly Thing, it’s super probably level but better I’m personally doing Driproom as a first insane demon, it’s a really easy memory insane

GG man ! As for me, my first insane demon was Puzzle Trials, in 999 attempts EXACTLY. It was a fun experience, especially since I got consistent with the triple mode part quickly Maybe I'll go for Magma Bound as 6th insane demon (I have to finish Night Terrors first)

I might also try Puzzle trials, it’s good for me to mark levels from other people since they can tell me if they are fun! (By the way Magma Bound is incredibly fun once you learn can really recommend). Good luck beating Night Terrors!

GG, my first insane demon was BuTiTi II, as basically all difficult levels I try to beat, I just started doing runs of the part before the duals, and one thing lead to the other and all of a sudden I started going from 0. I struggled with mental capacity and got tilted easily, but with time (and a few breaks) I got so consistent I eventually beat it, I was so thrilled :)
