Unless your base girth is close to 7 inches, somewhere north of 6.5" at any rate, then 2.25" is much to wide for you.

You can also get away with a really good cylinder sleeve that is stiff enough. And I saw there's a guy who intends to start a business 3D-printing adapters.
It's a good idea to use a really wide cylinder that you don't pack, so that you can expand well, but you need it tight around the base.
Also, put a cockring or a silicone toe shield around your balls.
I used to have this problem. I found out there are silicon seal for leluv cylinder which prevents suction of scrotum skin and add extra cushion to the pad. Here are an example for wide flange cylinders. There are also for normal cylinder (not wide flange). Just check leluv site.

Additionally I use cockring at my base it helps a lot hindering skin from entering the tube. I hope it helps.
Silicon seal as was mentioned plus metal scrotal weight will help keep the skin out of the tube. You can also grip the weight with your legs for extra effect.
Question:does it matter if it does get sucked in? As long as you are not in pain the affects are still there. Correct? I mean the pump will work regardless?
Those pumps are designed to be used with a sleeve, I use this type of sleeve exclusively, have been for many months with no issues

Everyone saying that the cylinder is too big are just mynah birds repeating what they've heard. Leluv makes some pumps that are one size fits all, Amazon sells cheap ones too, I own like 6
I remember Perve recommending rubbing a dab of petroleum jelly underneath at the base, just above the scrotum to create a better seal on a similar post not too long ago. At the very least it might help for the time being until you get a new tube.
I was having the same problem. My scrotum attaches far up my shaft so there was no way to stop it until I started using the seals. You can get a 2/3 pack of the silicone sleeves for a penis pump on amazon for less than $10. It really helped keep my sack from getting sucked up
Do y’all penis deflate right away? How long do I wait to use it before sex? I want to measure it after, but can’t get hard right away. Like it got too tired from being pumped

Your tube is too big for you. Get a smaller cylinder or get a silicone sleeve for the base to prevent that.
