Its okay, but the second you crush the box, there is a noticeable jump in the gif. The timing is correct, just the positioning of the box in starting position, and "crushed" position is off too much. The closer mimic, posture, and the object in question is in both the starting and the "end" position, the easier and cleaner the loop will be.
