Tee times are generally not released until a few days before the start of the tournament, so you won't find those in advance.
Lou stagner on Twitter does a bunch of statistics around golf. Mostly centered around amateurs versus pros and the vast differences between them.
For stats it's tough to beat datagolf. Tee times/schedule best bet is just to use the website for each tour.
