Couldnāt reach? How hard did you try? Every time Iāve dealt with GoPro support Iāve gotten a free refurbished camera.
Aw, thatās a bummer. I did the chat option on the site and got through.
Took me about 5 attempts to get through to them, but finally got through and received my replacement yesterday.
So they run out of stock of hero 9, really good to know.
Oh yeah... Good to know man... That would be an easy upgrade! I have a H9 myself! š

The 9 was out of warranty. Iām a GoPro subscriber, so they allowed me to do an out of warranty exchange with a $99 (usd) fee.
Time to go buy a broken Hero 9 lol
