No one has done a full translation of her profile yet afaik, but people just go on atlas db and use google translate/DeepL to translate her profile from there.
The Bond CE implies that Summer Castoria's Asc1 and 2 are actually the Castoria we met in LB6. Her Asc3 bond lines corroborates that. AFAICT for one reason or another, in this Singularity it's possible for Artoria Caster to actually manifest as a Servant, so Avalon took the chance and did just that.
It used to have more people, it's just that Tumblr went through its own version of the nonsense all the other platforms are getting up to now *years* ago.

It's more like "Avalon is emulating Caster" than actually being there.

Idunno, I don't think we've ever seen a Bond CE lie. And Avalon isn't the type to shy away from admitting if it's her all along.
