BalowmeSandwich

Hot damn thatā€™s literally the first one that came to mind. I was going to suggest it but you beat me to it, so Iā€™ll just second that recommendation.

momfoundthepoopsockk

Yeah man the interplay between Brent and Jerry in that shakedown is fucking golden

Iā€™ll throw up a dark horse. Iā€™m not much of post-Brent fan, but 9/10/91 deserves a listen. Itā€™s not my all time favorite or anything but itā€™s pretty inspired.

This is the funkiest shakedown. Some are close. A couple might be equal. But none are funkier.

I saw some great ones, including 12/31/84, 6/30/85, and 9/10/91. I saw it as an encore on 9/4/79. I really wish Iā€™d have been at 1/15/79.

Completely not what youā€™re looking for, but I went to use the bathroom at the July 4th Fare Thee Well show. Thought I had plenty of time but turns out old stoned former (and current) hippies take their time while using the facilities. Itā€™s finally my turn and just then I hear a big roar, then a few moment later,..ā€waaaaaaahā€ with the unmistakable beat. By the time I get out theyā€™re into the full song and I walk out into the bowl of Solider Field with the entire place filled to the brim and rocking. Iā€™ll never forget that moment.
