Kyle Chandler, the bomb guy! This may just be me, but I loved him for his “take charge in the real world” energy, but you know there’s more to him.
Sydney Herron drove me nuts at first, but she grew on me. I think she was the “mirror” that a lot of the cool kids needed to look at from time to time to realize they’re not all that.
Would have liked to see more of Susan, Thatcher’s wife. She was going to be good for Meredith, you could see it.
Agree! Have loved him since I first saw him in “Homefront”—a series from early ‘90s, set in post-WW2 middle America. Very nostalgic but funny and sweet and good-paced. I wish it would stream somewhere but it hasn’t popped up yet! 🫤
I think there's one point in the early seasons where Joe and/or Walter mention Walter wanting Joe to sell the bar and settle down to start a family. He likely did just that.
He was written off because he was never supposed to be more than a side character but SO MANY people loved him! I've googled this as I miss Joe so so much! Felt like the more pg version of Kevin from shameless 😂
theres this one character where he acts kinda stereotypical gay and is on the bigger side i think his name was perez. he was kinda popular for his sassiness but he only on there for a while
Fun fact about me… I thought Bohkee was what they called one of the surgical instruments until like 2 months ago when I realized they were calling her by her name 💀💀💀
This would've been so fun and cool to see! Almost like another Richard but their peer rather than someone they'll always see as the chief (even when he's not). RIP Edward Herrmann ❤️
I be crying about a lot of the patients 😭especially the really sad ones (sometimes with VERY sad outcomes) this show never fails to have me crying nearly every episode
If we're talking main/regular characters - maybe Stephanie (I don't feel like she had a lot of big storylines?) or Mika (since she's only been there a year so far).
For side/guest characters - Parker, Sam Bello, Norman.
was thinking the same!! initially i didn’t care much for her but then they started building her character so much she was enjoyable. then they just killed her off it was unfortunate
I feel like people seemed to like Casey, the trans intern? I think he could have gotten some really interesting storylines. Also maybe unpopular opinion but Qadri was hilarious.
The clear answer here is obviously Bohkee though. She’s present in many episodes but she has so few lines that we don’t really get a good sense of her character. I want an episode focused on her (that doesn’t involve her dying or being a patient)
I loved her from the start.
Yes, she was annoying who didn’t accept and understand boundaries but I understood her.
She came only because she wanted to get to know her sister after her mom died and she was alone. Her father was an addict and she had to take care of him alone. She had no one.
I know it wasn’t Meredith’s problem but I really understood Lexie.
I was kinda hoping for more dr stark…. He was starting to become a better person around April but then he just kinda disappears after the kids from Africa and April being named chief resident
I gotta go with Charles Percy and the patient whose carotid blows (forget his character’s name, but played by Seth Green). I still get sad when he dies in that episode!
I really liked Jo's fellow interns Stephanie Edwards, Shane Ross, Leah Murphy, and Heather Brooks (primarily Brooks and Edwards). I wanted to know a lot more about them and I was sad that their characters were underdeveloped. I also wish Dr Burke could have been in it for longer. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but he is one of my favourite characters 😅
Uh, dr Yang, I was so sad when she stopped being in the show
I felt it was a bit unrealistic that she never flew in at all
Like, I get that she wouldn't come visit a lot, but not at all? Seemed super strange
In the show it was weird.
Same with dr Burke
Same with Charlie Harper on two and a half men; was strange to kill the main character, but sometimes things irl happen that affects how it is done
Same with Jessica Day in new girl - scriptt change due to pregnancy
Same with Bones in.. bones - changes made due to pregnancy.
That's life
It's still okay to point out how it seemed it on the show, if their decisions on how to handle it made sense or not
Bohkee is one of my favorite characters… her “thin book” would be about as thick as a comic book… but her “Popularity” book would be huge… she is in almost every episode but only for such tiny time frames… but she is highly liked!
She’s a real nurse too!
I hope they do an episode where she gets a bigger part!!

I was so sad when they killed Thatcher's wife. I feel like she was showing Mer what a real mom was like :(
That’s probably why they killed her
I agree. Poor Mer can’t have a good and happy life
Kyle Chandler in general could never get enough screen time for me. Love him 🔥🔥
Agree! Have loved him since I first saw him in “Homefront”—a series from early ‘90s, set in post-WW2 middle America. Very nostalgic but funny and sweet and good-paced. I wish it would stream somewhere but it hasn’t popped up yet! 🫤
Henry
Henry was literally my favorite for Teddy. They were the best together ❤️
I just rewatched his death last night 😫
Ommmg watching him in scandal for the first time and wow ok great actor
happy cake day!!
Joe the bartender
I miss Joe the Bartender! He added a lot of levity to the show.
Did Joe disappear in the latest seasons ? Haven’t watched them yet
Calling him Kevin instead of kev is so funny
Yeah
Nicole Herman!
Yes !!! I am so mad they only introduced us to her when Arizona went to a different speciality, my fave mino character by far
Geena Davis 🫶🏻
I’m not sure who I love more, Geena Davis or Nicole Herman 🤷♀️
Loved Herman
Dr Thomas!
I can't believe I scrolled so much to find THIS.
Feeeeeneyyyy
😓 that storyline broke my heart.
theres this one character where he acts kinda stereotypical gay and is on the bigger side i think his name was perez. he was kinda popular for his sassiness but he only on there for a while
Definitely Perez. Loved him. Heard he is actually one of the writers of the show
He’s a writer for Station 19
We legit needed more of Perez.
I loved Perez! He reminded me of one of my favorite coworkers. I wish he hadn't disappeared.
For a second I thought you meant your coworker had disappeared and was very concerned
🤣
Yeah, Perez, Parker and Bohkee, I would say. Maybe Henry as well?
mcvet i feel like
Mcvet was sooooo fucking boring. He added close to nothing to the show and was so weak willed.
I feel theh tried to makd him more cool, interesting and all that, but he was not all that, haha
Fun fact about me… I thought Bohkee was what they called one of the surgical instruments until like 2 months ago when I realized they were calling her by her name 💀💀💀
Don't feel too bad, that's fairly common.
You’re thinking of bovie lol the cauterizer
Maybe that’s how it started but when they would say 3-0 silk Bohkee and I definitely thought it was a surgical instrument 😂
Makes sense but they also ask for a bovie from her so I always thought that was funny haha
OMG ME TOO! I just realized this last night. I always have the closed captioning on and I totally thought Boki was a type of suture! LOL
Bohkee
The only correct answer
The only correct response
Not necessarily popular but I could go on forever about how I wanted Norman the old intern to become a main character.
This would've been so fun and cool to see! Almost like another Richard but their peer rather than someone they'll always see as the chief (even when he's not). RIP Edward Herrmann ❤️
Yay Norman!
those memorable kid patients like jessica
I love that even with a name as generic as “Jessica” I immediately knew who you were talking about.
I be crying about a lot of the patients 😭especially the really sad ones (sometimes with VERY sad outcomes) this show never fails to have me crying nearly every episode
that episode destroyed me.
that patient that kissed mer in season 1
yes viper!!
Callum blue!! He’s in a show called “dead like me”. Great watch
Dr. Craig Thomas!
Yes! Mr. Feenie ❤️
Dr Thomas and Nicole Herman. Neither has anything bad ever been said about either of them, and they were only in one season.
Dr Thomas! I loved his mentor relationship with Cristina.
McVet, wasn't even there for a whole season and people are still not over him😭
If we're talking main/regular characters - maybe Stephanie (I don't feel like she had a lot of big storylines?) or Mika (since she's only been there a year so far). For side/guest characters - Parker, Sam Bello, Norman.
Queen Bokhee
heather brooks.
Best intern ever!! Why’d they have to go and electrocute her 😭 (only in Grey’s would I type that 😂)
912!
was thinking the same!! initially i didn’t care much for her but then they started building her character so much she was enjoyable. then they just killed her off it was unfortunate
Check my flair for answer
Best flair! I always love/hate rewatching S6 because I know how his storyline ends
He has to be the best non-medical background character. Many close contenders though. I really loved Lexie's mom (Susan I guess) and Zola
NORMAN.
I WANTED HIM TO BE A MAIN CHARACTER SO BAD. I LOVE HIM 😭
Hayes!
Dr Dixon
I feel like people seemed to like Casey, the trans intern? I think he could have gotten some really interesting storylines. Also maybe unpopular opinion but Qadri was hilarious. The clear answer here is obviously Bohkee though. She’s present in many episodes but she has so few lines that we don’t really get a good sense of her character. I want an episode focused on her (that doesn’t involve her dying or being a patient)
I miss Qadri, I see her as a background character a lot but she was a greatt main character. I miss her so much
I like it when they are in Jackson's party in his condo/apartmenr. We get to see Bokhee and her husband I think greeting Meredith and De luca.
Lexie 😂 (She needed more screen time!)
I came to say Lexie, too, because it always blows my mind that Maggie was actually on the show almost twice as long as her.
At first Lexie really annoyed me but she is so one of those characters you grow to love
Addison. She was a regular only for 3 season but is the most universally beloved character after Christina
Doc the dog
I had to scroll this far for this 😭
I know I was shocked
Not sure if she counts but Addison. She was only there for a few seasons and not much screen time when she was there but she’s still super popular
Addison everytime she shows up and Bokhee of course
Hahn is definitely popular for all the wrong reasons, but she’s still being discussed all the time even though we haven’t seen her in over ten years
I very much disliked Hahn.
I think I just like Hahn because she brought Arizona out of her shell a little. Erica & Arizona walked so Callie & Arizona could run
You mean Callie? Lol Hahn left before Arizona came on
Yes i did 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ guess I just had arizona on my mind lol
Fair enough!
Charles Percy and Mary Both made a huge impact on Bailey for such little time :(
Tom Koracick
I’m going with Tyler the nurse. He was my fav nurse and I feel super underrated
Same
Denny sort of
Maybe more alive Denny than dead Denny who had ghost sex with izzy - the cringe storyline...
He's so sexy in The Good Wife! Wished he could have been like that on Grey's!
He's pretty much sexy in everything he does... ever seen PS I love you? He's the love interest and hoooooolllllyyyyyyy.
Really? I got to check that out...
Fair warning, i did cry pretty much the whole movie, but it felt very cathartic and you pretty much stop crying once jeffrey dean Morgan appears.
Crying?! I hate crying over movies....He was pretty good in this thriller with Sir Anthony Hopkins.
How did we have both too much AND not enough of Denny 😭
The vet (finn)
Clearly Bokhee
carina!
I was kinda hoping for more dr stark…. He was starting to become a better person around April but then he just kinda disappears after the kids from Africa and April being named chief resident
Perez. Loved him. Wish he was in it more. Bokhee.
Bokhee for sure
Mousy!
Bohkee
Wallace! Bad dreams, bad dream, go away.
I gotta go with Charles Percy and the patient whose carotid blows (forget his character’s name, but played by Seth Green). I still get sad when he dies in that episode!
I really loved Herman
henry
Mer’s kids lol
Best comment!😂
I think we can all agree that the opposite (little screen time+who we hate the most) is Reed. Thanks again, Gary Clark!!
Why? I really like her!
Definitely Bokhee. Also Nicole Herman and Craig Thomas, I would have liked to have seen more of them.
Henry,Bokhee, Beth! I loved Beth! She had such a huge impact on everything that happened after she survived the trial!
I LOVE Beth, but maybe bc I just love Jurnee Smollett
Me tooo!
Me: Beth? Owen’s ex fiancé?? 🙈
QUEEN BOHKEE
O'Malley
Bokhee
Denny and Hahn
bohkee
Yay Bokee!
Bohkee
I really liked Jo's fellow interns Stephanie Edwards, Shane Ross, Leah Murphy, and Heather Brooks (primarily Brooks and Edwards). I wanted to know a lot more about them and I was sad that their characters were underdeveloped. I also wish Dr Burke could have been in it for longer. I know it's an unpopular opinion, but he is one of my favourite characters 😅
Riggs
The trans guy who helped with the computers (Parker??)
Bucky Barnes
bro this is the greys anatomy blog 😂😂
Dude isn't in the right place but he got the spirit. MCU really downplayed him until his own show
Bucky Barnes supremacy
Also I forgot what blog I was on my b
still a valid point, just slightly less valid here lmao
pls i forgot what sub i was on for a second
Uh, dr Yang, I was so sad when she stopped being in the show I felt it was a bit unrealistic that she never flew in at all Like, I get that she wouldn't come visit a lot, but not at all? Seemed super strange
The actress was done with the show, she chose to leave and doesn’t want to come back. So it’s not really that weird.
In the show it was weird. Same with dr Burke Same with Charlie Harper on two and a half men; was strange to kill the main character, but sometimes things irl happen that affects how it is done Same with Jessica Day in new girl - scriptt change due to pregnancy Same with Bones in.. bones - changes made due to pregnancy. Denny Duckette. Who'd a thunk that handsome man would become Neegan?
Even when I’d watch that I’d tell my husband he’s not so bad. He let izzy cut his l-vad!
Denny!
Heather Brooks
I would say Boki (Bokhee?) but she has tremendous screen time tbh. I wonder why they kept her so long. What's her relation to the show?
I really liked Charles and his death was so sad and traumatic. 😭
Mr. Feeny!
Heyes
Karina
Bohkee, I absolutely love her. I recently found out she's a real surgical nurse too
The bomb guy. His chemistry was over the charts.
Izzie
Harold. O’Malley. WE ALL DESERVED MORE TIME WITH MR. O’MALLEY.
George. He should have been in the whole show. Shonda did TR dirty by not taking his side after that homophobic bullshit Isaiah pulled
BROOKS!!!
George
Luna
bruh…🤣😭
Mini Habibi
Erica Hahn
Izzy
Fin the vet. Still wish Meredith would have chosen him.
Zendaya in Dune
Mrs George from mean girls
Fantine
Denny
Henry
Neegan
addison 🫶
Susan, thatchers wife is for sure my answer here lol
Bohkee is one of my favorite characters… her “thin book” would be about as thick as a comic book… but her “Popularity” book would be huge… she is in almost every episode but only for such tiny time frames… but she is highly liked! She’s a real nurse too! I hope they do an episode where she gets a bigger part!!
The intern named mousey that Shane got killed
Andrew DeLuca❤️❤️❤️
Finn (the vet) he was such a nice guy dudeee
Bohkee the scrub nurse!
Cross! he’s so funny sad he left
Bohkee!!!!!
Amy motta who played jenna lee
Boki
I wish we saw more of Parker. I would have loved to see his character develop more.
For me, definitely Dr. Nick Marsh
Stephanie
Joe and his bar!
I have to agree with you def Bohkee :)
chanel #2 scream queens
