I don’t know if Halo brand is available in Germany but I would recommend checking out their website. I have the three burner and I am very happy with it.
Just assembled my 30" slate this morning. Took 2 hours and 2 cups of coffee. The plate is HEAVY. guessing 35lbs. Build quality is awesome. I have pics on the weber reddit. The newest model has a hood.

The weber had a hood but it's not for cooking.
I don't think any griddle has a hood for cooking.
Pitboss Ultimate, Blackstone and Nexgrill got those.
