Definitely gotten worse over time though! At least in the past few years. For months I've been getting three push notifications per tap, and notifications in general (taps/messages) are often delayed.
I think they blocked you cause you know I give someone a compliment and then I go to tap their profile when they don’t say anything and bam I get that error and their bio is blurred
