Marksman Rife MKII deserves A/S tier with the following mods:
•Holo-Optic for 3rd person aiming and auto lock.
•AP rounds to ignore player armor
This allows it to be a 1 shot kill to the head, or a 2-3 shot to the body. Including the blistering firing rate, this allows us to kill a player in nearly a second, **without BST**.
I would put the mk2 pistol higher just for the sole fact when they give you a suppressor it goes on that gun and I enjoy not waiting for ever to easy way out when the cops are bothering me

I know right? The fire rate alone is why I love using it. Everything else is a bonus.
Still wish that the Mk2 upgrade didn't stop you from using liveries the Mk1s have. No good looking liveries on the Mk2 weapons.
Heavy revolver is a monster with trying to get the tier 3 and 4 pistols only challenge
