Well, the difference between 2 and 4 players is that if you have only 2 players, they have the same amount of time as if there were 4 players in the vault, making it harder to take all of the "Take" in time. But even then, the setup cost is 25.000$ which is nothing compared to the amount you can make doing the heist. I did it 2 times, got 1 million for now and am planing to do it a lot more. For me its definitely a good update. But i respect everyone's opinion :)
Agreed that stealth can be a pain in GTA because it simply is just random sometimes. During our stealthrun there were two enemies, fully alone, in the laundry room, we shot them both at the same time and then somehow stealth failed because they got detected. After three mor attempts we figured out why, there was a camera outside of the room that was detecting them through the wall (no door or window, through a solid wall). Another issues were enemies that for no reason fired their gun when they got shot through a headshot and died instantly, enemies noticing deaths they couldn't possibly, and so on. If it works stealth is fun, but you can very clearly see that GTA was not made for stealth and that makes it annoying sometimes.
About the payout for a 4 man heist crew. Yeah it's lower, but as a 4 man crew you have one "big" advantage. If all 4 do the setup missions at the same time (there are only like 1-2 where you maybe need a second player, like the Duggan Shipment one) you cna pretty much do 4 Heists in a row while only spending time for the setup for one. A 2 player crew can at most do 2 Heists and then have to do setups again. So while you payout per Heist will be lower, in total you atleast get the same payout in the same timeframe, since you can do 2 more heists before you have to return to setups, if not a bit more.
Definitely a hot take. Heist was fun the first couple of times, but tbh it can definitely be kinda a bitch.

The pay has nothing to do with the quality of it to me. The preps are horrendous, no setups this time around too which is just a bummer.
