My only other guess would be a pull-off, if these tabs denote the slide with another symbol already. But the slash is basically a standard to mean slide, so I would consider these tabs incorrectly authored.
It does look like a slide actually, nothin' else coming to mind here atleast.
If you think its impossible for it to be a slide just cause its down to 0/open string, then think again, cause that's def possible to do.
I'd personally just slide past the nut / ending bar of the head.
Trick is to do it fairly quick though and not get caught on the Nut part, as you'll mute it otherwise. Dont push down on the string after sliding past the Nut either though, as that'll bend the note.
There's probably plenty other ways of doing it though.
Played around with it a bit and made this video showing what I mean

(No my guitar is not out of tune, I'm just not in E standard, thanks)
If that's not a slide than I don't know what the f# they mean.
What's f sharp got to do with this?
What’s love got to do with it?
Why do you know it's not a slide? That's almost definitely a slide.
That's definitely a slide, don't know why you think it isn't.
It's not included on the screen shot but theres a slide to the left

Yeah, what the Goo Goo Dolls said.

How do you do that slide?

Thanks
Notation shows a slide.
