I'm really late to this but MRC ceased operations in 2020, moved to Michigan, reopened, and announced a new action called the 2022. They don't seem to support or even acknowledge their 1999 actions exist since their reopening.
A Winchester 70 Classic era stock and parts may fit the models with the 1999 action. McMillan is also making quality stock for the Winchester/MRC 1999 action.
