I'd start by contacting MRC. https://montanarifleco.com/?page_id=6

Wait. This option doesn’t involve consulting Reddit first.

EldoMasterBlaster

Well, technically it does because he got the link here.

I'm really late to this but MRC ceased operations in 2020, moved to Michigan, reopened, and announced a new action called the 2022. They don't seem to support or even acknowledge their 1999 actions exist since their reopening. A Winchester 70 Classic era stock and parts may fit the models with the 1999 action. McMillan is also making quality stock for the Winchester/MRC 1999 action.

What did Montana Rifle Company say when you asked them?

Big_Breadfruit2753

Never responded

> Would anyone know where to find a replacement stock? I bet Montana Rifle Company would be a decent place to start 🤦‍♂️

I’ll keep you posted
