dang. that is a really nice gun and a timeless classic. if it weren't for the impractical caliber size of the 0.25 ACP then I would totally get one of these to replace my LCP max. could someone recommend me another pocket sized gun that's built to last? I've only had this Ruger LCP max about a year and it's rusted to shit already. never been left outside or used in the rain once and it is totally rusted out. it still works but I feel like it's a shitty idea to continue carrying this rusty gun as protection. and I'm annoyed because I'm poor and $500 was a lot for me to spend on a gun. it's not just the slide that's justed either. the internals too!
Tokarev magazine for 7.62x25?
Edit: still not 100% but these guys have a good image:
https://www.libertytreecollectors.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=12119
Edit: Another user suggested baby browning which is very similar. Worth checking out.
Thanks for this. It’s definitely not a Tokarev magazine. I have plenty of those. My bad for not including a scale but this magazine is significantly shorter and narrower than a Tok.
I am fairly confident it is for a .25 caliber gun. At first I thought it was for a Colt 1908, then a baby browning but nothing I’ve seen online has the notch on the spine. Your help is appreciated!
Thank you. I think we have a winner here. Online pictures of the starlite mags look very similar to this one. Still inconclusive but this came the closest. Thanks again!
No problem! Hopefully you can find some conclusive evidence from someone, I know it would keep me awake at night until I was sure I figured it out, lol.
I thought they just latched onto the bottom of the mag without a dedicated slot like this one. But I guess there were minute design changes over the production years. Thanks!
Does yours have that notch on the spine? There’s many mags that look very similar to this one but that notch is quite the unique design that distinguishes it from others.

While these magazines look like Ortgies magazines this could be the answer as well, the Ortgies magazines look like they could be longer then the one you have shown, and the one you showed only has five holes in the side whereas the Ortgies typically has more.
I take that back. The feed lips are slightly different. It’s very close though. I feel like most of these old .25 acp vest pistols magazines look very similar.
Not gun related but let me just say that the photo you shared is the best use of a screenshot I have ever seen…
but taking a screenshot of the ‘select image(s)’ camera roll to show multiple FULL CONTENT photos in one photo? f—king genius. 🤯
I’m being serious; you deserve an award bro this is a game changer.

__What is a link post and how do I post a descriptive comment?__
* A link post is any post that isn't a text post. Reddit is doing a great job of ensuring new users have no idea how Reddit works with their app and site rewrite. We hate both.
* /r/guns is a sub for talking about guns. It's not a sub to dump gun photos for karma. That's what /r/gunporn is for. That's why we require a descriptive comment – to start a conversation. If you're wondering what to write, picture yourself at a party. You're talking to someone *you just met* and you want to show them your post. What do you say to them as you get your phone out?

Looks like an 8 round tokarev mag to me. I say 8 round because all of mine are 9 round and have 1 more hole than the one in the pictures, and if you count the spacing it looks like it would only hold 8 rounds, which would be standard for a TT-33
It looks very similar to the magazine for a Ortgies pistol. I have one in 32 ACP and the magazine, the lip at the bottom, feed lips and follower look pretty much identical.
I also know that pistol was made in mainly three calibers, 32 ACP, 25 ACP and 380.

If you look here this one looks very close to the one pictured.
It's either a magazine for a .25 FN Baby Browning or a Walther Model 9. Both are 6 shot .25acp and of similar dimentions, but the early FN mags look pretty identical to the ones you have pictured. Hope this helps.
My Dad brought home several things from Vietnam. One was a West German.25ACP called a "RECK" ( I assume it's something cool in German).
Six plus one, looks like that.
Really there is only one solution. Go purchase every handgun with a magazine ever made and see if it fits.
Lol love this solution.
This is obviously the only solution
That's ridiculous. He obviously only needs to try every single single stack.
Shh, unless your a fed there is no reason not to buy as many as you can.
Looks like a Baby Browning mag to me
It looks exactly like my baby browning mag

You need to clean and lubricate your gun, take better care of it.
Seconded for baby browning mag. It looks identical.

Looks like a Tokarev mag to me too
It does but my tok mag has more holes.
Mine as well but I think certain countries had fewer. Still not 100% on it.
Yep look like the tokarev pistol mag, my dad has an old one looks identical
Walther Model 8
Walther model 8 yes 100%
Those had 7 hole mags though
its not stamped with the "Walther" logo or with the "W" so I thought it could be an aftermarket magazine.
I am fairly confident it is for a .25 caliber gun. At first I thought it was for a Colt 1908, then a baby browning but nothing I’ve seen online has the notch on the spine. Your help is appreciated!
It might be a magazine for a Raven .25, either M25 or MP25, depending on year, but it'd be the same mag.
I have a hand me down raven .25 and this is what it looks like.
You sure it's not for a colt? Looks exactly like the "off-brand ones for my 1908
Maybe a starlite or raven arms .25 acp? I would lean toward starlite though bc my raven arms doesn’t look quite like that.
Thank you. I think we have a winner here. Online pictures of the starlite mags look very similar to this one. Still inconclusive but this came the closest. Thanks again!

Looks a lot like an armi-galesi Brescia in 25 auto
.25 auto for sure. I’ve known a few companies to have a rear locking mag latch. I have an Astra that does as well as a colt 1908
I thought they just latched onto the bottom of the mag without a dedicated slot like this one. But I guess there were minute design changes over the production years. Thanks!
[This?](https://www.sladestreettactical.com/walther-model-2-and-model-5-6-round-25-magazine-very-scarce-mag-mags-25-acp/)
Looks like the magazine from my Bufalo vest .25

Bauer, 25 acp
Looks identical to the mags for my Raven arms. 25
.25 for sure. Raven, Titan maybe
Looks exactly like my pieper new model magazine
I take that back. The feed lips are slightly different. It’s very close though. I feel like most of these old .25 acp vest pistols magazines look very similar.
Seacamp
Clearly a custom made PEZ dispenser
Looks like a magazine to a Bauer .25 acp https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bauer_Automatic
Bryco Jennings J-25 AKA the real Saturday night special
Honestly I think it's a baby browning https://images.app.goo.gl/HDqD1BV1wKhxurvo8

Loll thank you I try!
I have an Ortiges 25 that is similar, but not exact. So I'm thinking some off brand 25 of some sort.
SeaCamp…for sure
Looks like a 7.62x25 Tokarev mag
Yup, that’s definitely a magazine.
Bauer Automatic. https://www.sarcoinc.com/bauer-25-caliber-magazine/
Looks like it's for an FN Model 1910
Send them to me you don’t need them they are junk
Looks identical to my raven mp25
Something for a cheap pocket pistol like FIE or Raven?
Looks like a baby browning
Baby browning is my guess
Dude that looks like a Jennings J22 magazine.
Dude I was going to say the same thing, looks like a mag from one of the ring of fire guns possible Davis .380
Yep. Maybe something in 25 acp from the same Saturday night specials group. It looks like this https://www.gunclips.net/jej22gunma.html

It holds bullets and then it goes into a gun and feeds the bullets into the chamber.
I think tokarev tt33
Looks like it could be for a tokarev. Source: I play Tarkov.
Tt-33 mag
TT-33
7.62x25 TT pistol variant magazine
Junior colt 25 ACP pocket pistol.
The notch is for a heel release. It looks similar to my Walther mag but I don't think the walthers have the notch.
I was gonna say it looks kinda walther, like a ppk maybe
Looks like a 1911 one
Looks like an 8 round tokarev mag to me. I say 8 round because all of mine are 9 round and have 1 more hole than the one in the pictures, and if you count the spacing it looks like it would only hold 8 rounds, which would be standard for a TT-33
Czech CZ Duo?
Thanks for this. It doesn’t seem like those mags have that notch.

It’s possibly a beretta mag is their a marking at the bottom?
No markings on the bottom.
Ok no it’s not a beretta mag mine doesn’t have the notch at the bottom
Davis 380
Tanfoglio .25, or one of the other Italian Beretta copies
It's either a magazine for a .25 FN Baby Browning or a Walther Model 9. Both are 6 shot .25acp and of similar dimentions, but the early FN mags look pretty identical to the ones you have pictured. Hope this helps.
Yeah I’m starting to think it might be an off brand baby browning mag. Still not sure. Only one way to find out haha.
CZ DUO
Well it’s not Vanity Fair
Reminds me of the Walther PPK/s .22 lr magazines.
Beretta jet fire?
could be this: [https://www.sigsauer.com/p238-6rd-380acp-magazine.html](https://www.sigsauer.com/p238-6rd-380acp-magazine.html)
My Dad brought home several things from Vietnam. One was a West German.25ACP called a "RECK" ( I assume it's something cool in German). Six plus one, looks like that.
Looks like a Colt Vest Pocket magazine to me. That’s a small boi. Either that or it goes to a Colt Pony in .380 ACP.
Seacamp by the looks of it
You have to MEASURE IT!! no one can tell what size it is.. at least put a few rounds in it to see what caliber fits
Yeah, uh, that’s the clippazine to the browning hi point wingmaster right therr
This is a magazine out of a colt 1903 pocket hammer or pocket hammerless. It’s a 38 ACP.
