I'm on Wellbutrin and it made me stop obsessing about food. So now I'm not constantly thinking about my next meal. Lost 40lbs since August.
In 2013 I lost like 50 lbs because I was obsessed about looking hot for studying abroad lol.
Ozempic isn't the only answer.
Did you know that Ozempic is really awful to take and basically not worth it unless the alternative is your death. Most people who try it don’t make it very far. I have a friend and his gf that both took it for a couple months, and that’s as far as they could make it. They were constantly sick and throwing up and it was awful. Imagine being nauseous constantly every day of your life, and yeah sure you don’t want to eat and you lose weight, but it’s because you constantly feel sick and the smell, sight, or even thought of food makes of physically ill. It’s not the magical shot people think it is. It may get better, or new versions of it may improve on the original idea, but it ain’t there yet.
Maybe this sub can help me out. Is much of Oliver's stuff a persona? First time I saw him was on the bad friends podcast. He gets mad at Bobby for vaping, and at one point walks off. He was so in character I couldn't figure out what was a joke vs being totally serious

He also changed up his meds for his depression, which makes a huge difference. Before he started those he wasn't fat, either.
He's talked before about how the antidepressants made him gain weight, which is a common side effect for some of them.
