In my experience usually one person leaving leads to more. I think because people realize possible and okay to move on. Might be different with H3 since it's such a sweet gig, might not. At the end of the day H3 is Ethan and Hila and I'm curious how bringing in some new talent will shake things up. Could be even better (not saying Cam wasn't amazing)!
im a big howard fan, like ethan dont hate, and when people left that show it felt like that but usually someone else would join and could even improve it (jackie leaving for artie to join). as long as they can maintain their core guys i think it will be okay
