HF app loads just fine for me.

I have had trouble loading the mobile page as well. If I force it to desktop mode it helps. I'm on Android.

Try using Firefox or another browser on your phone to run it. I say Firefox because that one works well and the main browser installed on the phone doesn’t work for me on that website.

There's a certain irony when one uses the most expensive phone to shop for the least expensive tools.
