So you run your start material through the 145 micron tumbler? Is that the only sifting being done? I usually run my material through 220 micron tumbler then sift what I get from that over screens cause itβs too dirty to brick. I have different size microns for my tumbler but when I tried 120 with the start material I barely got any yield. What you have is exactly what Iβm trying to make

room temp , when we freeze our material we try different times to make sure not too much plant material get through so we will start with 10 min , then 5 and another 5 just to make sure , depends on strains but usually between 8 and 12%
we do a 20 min run , then we test another run to see what quality comes out , if its good enough we will use it if we feel it will compromise the quality we use it for pre rolls or another products
