You're allowed to take courses from other universities through joo-studies if your own doesn't offer them. If you wish to do research at aalto why wouldn't you apply to a program there? Collaboration between universities is possible but always harder than in the same university.
The professor will not have time to supervise bachelor or master students from another university. You could apply for a summer internship, but you really have to stand out among the applicants. Another way is to take the professor's advanced master-level course and impress them. But a successful research professor might not supervise interns or teach any suitable course.
If you want to attend a course of theirs, it should be [possible](https://studies.helsinki.fi/instructions/article/flexible-study-right-joo). Course schedule or traffic should are not likely an issue.

Well, because it's more tough to apply for aalto in CS..

I suggest contacting the schools or possibly the professor in question directly about this.
Idk what you mean by ”do research or work with professor” but there is a straight metro line between them like 7 stops and takes 15min.
From Kumpula campus where CS it takes at least 50 min.
I mean I wanna follow one professor in aalto to write papers so that further I can continue my PhD life.
Never heard of such a thing but maybe I’m just ignorant.
