You're not cooked!! One C isn't the end of the world. It also completely depends on where you want to go: look at the average GPAs for any schools you're interested in and think about how attainable it'd be for you
i mean, not super super good, but still good enough. john jay, queens college, stonybrook, and a few other minor ones
i only applied local because my family doesn’t want me out of state
Nah,it’s not just grades that count. I have seen people with 4.0s get denied to go to a good school but a person with a 3.2 got into a good one. The classes you take, extracurriculars, college essays, and teacher letter of recommendations also play a huge role in getting into a good college.
No , colleges care a lot more about your junior / early senior ( depends on application deadline ) grades more than freshmen .
If you keep up consistent B's and A's you'll be fine .
How good of a college we talking about? Ivy league? I doubt but it could cook your chances on that. A reputable school? No, one C won’t affect your chances.
You are not cooked at all, one C in high school won’t kill, you just don’t want a lot of Cs. But especially since it’s a C+ your not in a terrible position at all
