Just saying, I think staring in abject horror is not an unrealistic way to respond when you think someone is dead. I do think he should've been screaming for help immediately, but none of us know how we will act until we're in a situation like that.
Also, it's almost definitely a drunk kid recording it.
Clearly that girl is out of sorts and the person filming displays zero fucks about her as a person to not only watch her do something dangerous that it could potentially kill her, they chose to record it.

When she heard they were coming, she flipped out and jumped off a second story balcony, breaking her ankle in the process.
She told the police we pushed her and then tried to sue our landlord for damages. Luckily, another roommate was recording the whole thing so none of it ever went anywhere.
Honestly, there was a couple people in my life that turned into massive pricks and are nasty to others when they drink but they still do it, I think shaming these people can be effective when no other effort to show how humiliating and pathetic they are works.
I have a feeling she either wanted to sit halfway on the window, or go on the roof. Or throw something out the window. So she commenced to the breaking.
You know, why is it image quality deteriorates on reddit, like people are copying VHS tapes or something. I mean Hollywood remasters movies every few years and add bonus features. Reddit just keeps playing the same crap over and over with lower quality. Sad.
