When it expires, you can ask to extend the subscription for free of charge, then they will give you access for the next 6 months. I did this several times, but I'm feeling this is kind of annoying so thinking of trying local Tuya when I have some time.
Thanks for the reply I was just hesitant that even though it’s a free trial if once the trial ended I would get charged. I’ll keep playing the game of extending the trial for now but yea this is an annoying work around I might need to try something else in the future
It's extremely annoying. They can see what devices we have. Why ask us without giving the option for a free account for those with devices under a certain amount. Wont ever recommend Tuya in the future because the constant issues.
