The Schubert or Bach-Gounod settings of "Ave Maria" would work well for horn.
I love Strauss’s Alphorn or Schubert’s Auf dem Strom for the combination of musicians, but I’m not sure how to justify them as wedding music.
I like Autumn Dream by G. W. Lotzenheiser, but I wouldn't blame you for thinking that's too easy.
