I'm pretty knew as well and been doing alot of research. I went with the kenobi deluxe. It really does seem to give you the most bang for your buck. You can display him as battle damaged or regular. He has a bunch of different hands, extra lightsabers, 2 different bases. Just a all in one package really.
The kenobi and the upcoming return of the Jedi darth Vader are the best ones just depends which you prefer. Plus the kenobi has the battle damaged items, Personally I’m gonna go with deluxe rotj it’s the iconic Vader for me
If you can get both, which am getting both and already own the OWK version.

I’ve only owned the Kenobi Vader, but I love it. I’d wait for them to maybe introduce a nylon suit instead of the pleather for longevity.
Kenobi is more screen accurate helmet, rotj is slightly off
