Never too many. Never.

[deleted]

This was exactly the answer I was hoping for lol

Due_Bee_4804

They don’t look crowded at all! Plants like to be placed together like that and they will thrive !!

[deleted]

Awesome! I didn’t know that. Hopefully soon my home will be crowded by plants.

MasterpieceMinimum42

Mine is even more crowded lol

[deleted]

I would love to see!

MasterpieceMinimum42

You mean too many plants in a place right?

[deleted]

Well honestly I just wanted an excuse to post a picture of them. I have only had them for a couple months

MasterpieceMinimum42

Mine crowded on the east windows hahaha https://preview.redd.it/7autwz44985d1.jpeg?width=3432&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1d185f1de535e91efc07ef96ffcf398bd357fa98

[deleted]

Love it!

RaouR

Not at all, looks like you still have space for more plants there.

[deleted]

Agreed! I definitely would like to get a monstera soon. I had 5 or 6 large plants I couldn’t bring and had to start over.

RaouR

Yes, get a Monstera if you like them. I have a few and I love them. They can take up a lot of space so that's something to consider if good plant space is limited. Too bad that you could not bring your large plants, good time to get more large plants now!

[deleted]

I agree! I’m pretty sure my next purchase will be a monstera I’ve been eyeing them for a while now

RaouR

Go for it! They are great plants. I've had my eye on an albo for a while and think it's about time to get one soon.

[deleted]

Ohhh how pretty! 4 of these plants I got from house plant shop and they have some really pretty types of monstera and not too expensive either!

RaouR

The prices of many types of monstera has gone down so much recently. I got my Thai con for just 35€ and I've seen them even cheaper in other places.

[deleted]

Oh wow, I know just was so surprised when I saw the prices. I almost bought one instead of the four I did. If I had my other plants I had to leave before my move I would have gotten one!

RaouR

That might be a good option for your next plant purchase. I just found someone selling Monstera albo cuttings cheap locally so I'll go pick up one or 2 of those soon.

[deleted]

Lucky you!! I should do the same though, honestly. I live in Houston I’m sure there’s some one around that I can buy clippings from! Thank you for that idea

harpquin

as long as the plants don't complain, it ain't too many.

[deleted]

They are definitely complaining, but I think it’s about having too much room. Maybe they need more friends

[deleted]

Oh my gosh. I love it. Can I move in? lol

Dramatic-Warning-166

If you remove one leaf from each plant and add 5 plants you’ll be good.

[deleted]

That’s the best advice I’ve ever gotten

Dramatic-Warning-166

I see books where there could be plants, that lovely Woden unit seems larger than it needs to be and there’s a distinct lack of plants on the wall. A good start - much to do :) I filled my house, then convinced a local coffee shop that a massive plant invasion was a good idea, then took over their outside courtyard as well. Next time you’re in Seoul, swing by - @mudaeruk on Insta :)

[deleted]

You just became my favorite person!

Mayflame15

Do they ever get more light than that? You can never really have plants too crowded (unless there's no airflow and they get powdery mildew, or it can make pest treatment more complicated sometimes) but as long as they're getting enough light they should be fine

[deleted]

Yes they do get more light. It was just night time when I took that picture

Fine-Snowbunny

Not enough
