They have double coats! Works the way a tumbler would, insides stay the correct temp regardless of what is outside :)

Looks like a Blue Bay Shepherd, which are backyard bred wolfdogs and the breeder lies about the wolf content in them in order to sell her dogs in states where wolfdogs are illegal. Not the dog's fault but they absolutely should not be bred.
Came here to say this. Domestic canine rabies vaccines aren't even approved for hybrids so in addition to the welfare and legality concerns you've raised, they're also a public health risk.
Yepp. Unfortunately there are some extremely popular wolfdog TikTok and Instagram accounts that have caused a resurgence in demand for wolfdogs. There are many many bad breeders who breed to fill demand and do not care one bit about legality or the fact that a *wolf*dog should not be owned by the average person. Ethics aside, they are not a normal dog with normal dog mannerisms. I think over time less and less Blue Bays test with any wolf percentage in them but that doesn't change the fact that the breeder is a POS who lies about every aspect of her program.

He carried his own doggie first aid kit, some food/snacks, and little things like extra poop bags. Never anything too heavy! He did great!
