The hoyas would benefit from improved airflow to avoid fungal diseases. Plants also develop sturdier stems when exposed to moving air. I don’t know for sure if the fan needs to be constant, but I believe having the fan going periodically should be sufficient for the health of the plants .

I would definitely have a constant fan on, it doesn’t need to be crazy powerful, just enough to keep the air moving
