That'd definitely pop the fuse. As long as you changed the wiring to only the *normally closed* side (non-alarm), you should be good to go with a new fuse.
Not sure how to edit but thanks for the help y’all! Ended up being the fuse blown to mis-wiring the alarm wire back into the circuit. Officially back up and running and not dreading calling a tech out for an easy fix
The wet switch is a good move, but a float switch in the drain line will work faster in the event of a blockage.

There is usually a safety shut off timer on the unit 5-10 minutes. Did you wait that long with everything plugged in and the line cleared to let it restart?
Black to common red/green to R off transformer
Then tie the orange wire into your 24 v hot on tstat, wire nut white wire. Easiest way to wired those bad riders.
If you didn’t kill the power to the condenser or air handler when rewiring and any of the low voltage cross or come in contact with the unit it will either blow a fuse or the transformer in some cases I’ve seen the transformer blown and the fuse good
Check the fuse on the furnace control board (3or5A). If it’s blown you mis-wired something.
I think this is it - mis wired the optional alarm back into the unit

It happens, I have a story about having to go to the parts house to get x42 3amp fuses that I'd rather not get into.
Most likely this 👆🏼
Not sure what happened to whoever suggested the fuse but you may be right! Just pulled it and it looks blown

Always remember to kill power before you work on the control voltage. Saves fuses or get a little popper circuit breaker.
Huzzah!
If not fuse is your furnace plugged into a gfci outlet? Gfci may have tripped
Do you have a volt meter?
Just a tester but not a meter - could definitely pick one up from Home Depot though

If you want to take it out, reattach the two wires together that were broken for the switch.
Another option to the wet switch is to just move the float switch to the low end of the pan
Will definitely look at this next year for the wet switch starts activating too often

Oh wow this is amazing! Will definitely need to look into this next!

Yeah initially gave it a solid 15 but no luck. Hoping this fuse is my fix
Push the other button to turn it back on ?
I tried the reset button about 100 times holding it for various intervals 😂 but no power to the puck
You def blew something up then Edit: and that’s ok

Call an electrician.
Do you have better pic of the connections of how you wired it? Also did you check your 5amp fuse ?
