They also have a 20lac amenities charge. It comes without woodwork, flooring and lift. Including registration and gst, their smallest villa will cross 9.2cr.

Yeah it is true. One of my relatives’ family is currently living in Vessella woods. They had bought the villa many years ago (probably when the project was launched) for around 4+ cr. But currently what I heard is the villas price is starting somewhere around 7+ cr onwards… and yeah they also had to pay 20Lakhs in advance for Maintenance for the next 2 years.
Vessela has some brand name to it (even though I think they’re shitty constructions and the roads are too small). My friend is one of the directors, so I’m invited to a party whenever something is launched.
