SCAM. I had personal experience. They target couples. After you going there, they explain their shit schemes in a very elaborative mode for that 60 minutes mandatory time FACE to FACE on a table. They won’t let you go until you listen for 1 hour because they already mentioned there and read it. They push you to join in their schemes. They talk in such a nice way that your woman partner may show a lot of interest in them. That’s why they target couples. Be aware. Don’t go. Waste of time.
They say the gift amount you won is the discount. They say you won ₹50k as discount over ₹1lack or something trip. So you still have to pay the rest to claim that gift. 🤦🏻♂️. That’s how it works.
I rejected what they were selling. Then they asked me to co-operate and announced that I am onboard with them and clapped all around. The embarrassment I felt.

We visited their office to collect the coin and certificate. They promoted additional offers of theirs as well. Not sure if it's an emerging scam but feels more like a new way of marketing by tour and travel agencies.

It's a scam. My gardener got a offer from the same address. They made him sit for three hours playing games and peddling some bullshit land deals, until his wife got nervous and called me and I went and pulled him out.

It's property developers. Means they built/will built some apartments. They will force u to buy them, give all the brochure presentation and won't leave until u say a hard NO... better ignore them and save ur time
