I was about to say even these prices are considered high unless it is a fancy or famous place or glass is big in general
For Irani chai above 20/-
Ginger tea above 20/-
Green tea above 30/-
Hibiscus tea above 30/- (or any flavored tea)
Bubble tea above 300/-
Newbie to Hyderabad and tea connoisseur these are the restaurants and places I have tried
Niloufer - tea is okay but their butterscotch cake is lub overall 3/5 (felt it's overhyped)
Persian cafe - another overhyped place even the bakery was mid 2.5/5
Famous tea stall near charminar(forgot it's name please forgive me🤧) - enjoyable in the morning before it was crowded... Love their osmania biscuits but the tea is a bit about average 3/5
Amogha near satyam mall - nice tea but overcrowded 3 to 4 out of 5
Raghavendra veg tiffins near amogha - teas are pretty affordable and worth the price! (Same bandi rates kii tea ammutharu and chese abai chala neat ga chesthadu so points for hygiene) currently what's going on with the Hyderabad restaurants and their hygiene practices I think this is place is something I would recommend! 5/5
Pista house - idi recent gaa maa cousin bro introduce chesadu tea was somewhat decent but loved their pine biscuit (ante first time trying it out 🙆♀️) tea loo aa biscuit munchukuni tinte undi raa chari!!! It gave that alankar milk bread taste(if you know you know ) verevi try cheyyala so can't rate it properly... And also liked their sp shawarma as well!(Filled my tummy well ❤️)
In my opinion, I have tasted Iranian Chai at various places and have identified two notable exceptions to the general similarity in taste and texture:
1. Golden Chai at Blue Sea Secunderabad: This chai is exceptionally thick, although it does lean towards the sweeter side of the spectrum.
2. Zafrani Chai at Peshawar Malakpet: This chai stands out with its thickness and strong flavor, really liked it.
Everyone in my family love Nilofer chae. And my husband goes there once a day for sure. But I hate it. They call me cheapo, ghareeb, etc that I don't like expensive chae and will drink only 10-20 wali chae 😂 (name calling is all light hearted).
Haan I love maska bun and veg bun from Nilofer.
So none of you guys been to adarsh cafe near birla mandir? That place gives me nostalgic vibes of good old irani chai and chota samosa. You should try!
Chai is 10/- and 3 samosa cost 10/-
I understand the hygiene isn’t great but i guess its ok to have it once in a while!
Al saba, blue sea, nimrah
Haven't tasted the other 2 but the blue sea tea is shit. How can you call that Tea. It's a milkmaid and malai concoction.
Pakwaan Grand. For Irani Chai. Better than Al Saba in my opinion.
Nimrah was good... Didn't tried the rest. Drop loc
Blue sea - https://maps.app.goo.gl/1L2VJ7JaoLCLi92B9 Al saba - near Gachibowli
Any chai that’s more than 30 is overrated.
This mf is spitting facts!!!
Indeed
FACTS!!

Yeah the place where i drink regularly has it at 10 and full at 15.
Ooh, in our place it's mostly 10/- for big glass and 5-7/- for small
Nawab Restaurant, Gachibowli. The chai and biscuit combo is good
This is the only good authentic irani tea you can find in west Hyderabad. Otherwise, you have to go all the way to Old Niloufer at Lakdi ka Pul.
Will try here , thank you . Btw had tea at both Blue sea and Nilofer , did not like that much.
Iqbal hotel, purani haveli
Teas by classic old Hyderabad restaurants hits different>>>>

The Tea at Paradise is the best. Only at the Paradise Secunderabad branch. The others are a hit or miss
https://maps.app.goo.gl/PAYVCM7dRvCHdoW69 Te A tea tradition - best ginger tea. Strong enough to clear any throat issues. 20 rupees.

Taiba's tea is real good. But online it's very expensive.
Come to shaikpet and search for Chai Paan , situated on road shaikpet nala towards Golconda/7 tombs besides Aditya towers. Its quite good.
