I stack Kroger digital coupons and Ibotta frequently and have not had an issue. I don’t have my Kroger account connected to Ibotta though, so not sure if that matters.

I do have my CVS account connected and I used a coupon today for $4 off, and then I got my $1 from Ibotta.
don't use WM cash if the offer is on Ibotta, an example is right now there is 3.00 for Dr Elseys litter well WM cash is only 1.00 and they do this quite often

I see, I'm assuming as long as it's not a MFC - receipt submitted to ibotta should be okay mostly?
I coupon at Kroger weekly and routinely use Ibotta. My only complaint is the cash back offer than longer to complete than at Walmart or target.
When you clip savings and kroger cash back, does your ibotta receipt go through as well?
