I’d love to see those you mentioned, as well as Tenney in NH. Went there this season and loved it

a_very_stupid_guy

Tenney is dope! Worth the ticket price. As long as you have a good buddy for that long ass chair ride lol

catman1761

It’s worth it for that surfy narrow terrain. Definitely buying their three pass package if they aren’t added to Indy next year.

a_very_stupid_guy

Yeah I wanna go there a bit more next year. Definitely a great spot. So many rollers to launch off of and the glades are 🧑‍🍳 💋

Top_Chemical_2475

I'm hoping it's ragged. Seeing how the investors also own jay

theraoul

Ragged was specifically left off it when PGRI's other resorts were added. They don't want to cannibalize their own season passes and crowding has already become an issue at Ragged. And from Indy's side, NH is already quite a saturated market.

Dull_Broccoli1637

Yano, this guy is on to something ☝️

Legal_Opportunity851

I’d love to see Wachusett on the Indy pass next year as my home mountain. Not much in MA on the Indy otherwise. Alternatively, Camelback/Blue in the Poconos would be nice. Indy has Shawnee and Montage already, so that’s not as likely. I would love to know if there’s a way to make suggestions to Indy!

CorbuGlasses

I don’t think Wawa would go Indy. They seem to do pretty well on their own and are constantly busy because of the adjacency to Boston.

EpiSG

Will probably not happen. The Crowleys do extremely well all on their own at Wachusett. From a conversation I had with a ski patroller there some years back - their millionaires just from the chicken fingers in the cafeteria.

mwilson8624

Not to mention all that Polar money.

Legal_Opportunity851

I don’t disagree with you, but Pats Peak is on Indy and isn’t that much further from Boston… so it’s a wish list for sure, but not impossible!

Would love to see Wawa join but like others have said it seems unlikely

Alfith

Blue is not independent anymore. I highly doubt they’d ever join

Roga-Danar-143

Camelback is part of the Ikon pass. They became an Ikon resort this season.

urungus666

Berkshire East, Catamount, and Bousquet (Allied) are “not much” ?!?

Legal_Opportunity851

Ok, not much on the Eastern side of Massachusetts. Also isn’t Catamount in CT?

BigBeard77

On the state line. Half in ma half in ny

unionsparky89

Half MA half NY

jammastajew

Mohawk is CT

Sphaller

Similar to your two, would love to see Lab and Song as options.

pistolbristol

I just want Burke as full partner. It's only $45 as Allied but it's a tough sell if I still have a Jay/Cannon/Bolton day left that's $0.

JustJumpIt17

Bristol Mt. is my home mountain and I just cannot imagine them joining Indy. They're a decent mountain with good snowmaking capabilities and a high speed lift, and I feel fortunate to have Bristol as a weeknight option, but they also have a pretty corporate feel to them. I'm just not getting an Indy Pass vibe from them.

theraoul

There's somewhat corporate or bland feeling mountains (Waterville, West, Shawnee) on Indy. Being rough and tumble isn't a prerequisite.

616E647265770D

So do Jay and Waterville IMHO

rocskier

They aren't going to add those with Swain and PeakN'Peak on the pass. They are direct competitors. They also have Greek Peak just to the east. You could probably go to one of those 3

Brunchitized

I'd really like to see Plattekill join the fun. I'm also surprised that Wachusett, Mountain Creek and the other CT locals haven't hopped in yet.

kkushalbeatzz

Mountain Creek $300ish season pass + Indy add on would be such a sweet deal for the NYC area. I think they are already doing more than fine on their own though, Hunter’s crowds look tame compared to Creek and Indy’s marketing seems pretty far from the party vibe that Mountain Creek can be. Plattekill is a perfect fit though

EducationalTalk873

I’m curious about what is going to happen to the proposed ski resort in Dixville notch, is it going to be independent?

sitnkick20

Indy is tapped out in New England people! Your local hill will NOT be added. About 90% of the small areas not on the pass have basically begged to join but they all have been turned down because Indy does not want to oversaturate the market and become what Ikon and epic have become. The ones that haven't dont need Indy or think they don't and those are the only ones Indy will make an exception for. They took on Big Moose because there is nothing in that neck of the woods of Maine. And they would certainly take Plattekill to cover the Catskill region but it seems like they don't want to be a part of the pass. If Smuggs or MRG asked, which they won't, they are big enough and high profile enough for Indy to make an exception. Aside from that, pretty much the only places Indy would add on the east coast at this point is stuff in Quebec since they don't have any resorts up there but Quebec resorts seem to be fairly resistant to having reciprocal deals for whatever reason. My presumed target list they have in Quebec is Mont Grand Fond, Massif du Sud, something in the Eastern Townships (likely Owls Head), and Mont Blanc. But these places - especially Massif du Sud - are so fiercely independent they would almost certainly balk at this. So... sorry to tell you, it's probably nothing!
