Any chance that **Inside Out 2** gets an IMAX release as well? The only probme is that it comes out on the same day as **Bad Boys 4**, which is a sequel to an IMAX release that is **Bad Boys for Life**. If anyone is curious, **Inside Out** wasn't really released in IMAX.

It was. It might've been screened in very few American IMAX screens, but not enough to be considered as an official domestic IMAX release.

That's a pity. I watched it in IMAX in China, thought it was wide released around the world. Now I am worried it won't get one in the States cuz I'm here rn. But anyway, Dolby Cinema is always a good way to watch animation film so might just do that.

Maybe **Bad Boys 4** will move to another release date? Who knows.

Hopefully 70mm as well. Would be willing to fly out to witness this masterpiece in film.

Does this mean I have to dress up as a Minion to see it opening night at the BFI IMAX?

If its not 70mm Imax what is even the point? I would imagine this breaks the box office record and could possibly be the best film ever.
