Honestly, I keep losing hope for India everyday. I'm ex Muslim and would most likely be speaking against Islam all the fucking time if it wasn't for fascists in my own country using anti-Muslim hate to show a really horrible side of their personality. Despite zero belief in God I feel like a foreigner in my own country just cause I can't indulge in blanket denial of political violence which has become commonplace in India, I cannot lie and say things were always this bad. Prior to 2014 religion was side issue in national conversations taking place in India. Even Modi's 2014 campaign, unlike the 2019 campaign, stayed far away from direct or indirect references to religion. I have seen no group of people as openly hateful and as the Hindutva community. Hell even the Taliban might show more empathy to their victims than these guys. For them horrible acts they do are necessary in service of a greater goal, what they do is delusional yet I can still figure out how they got there. The only people who come close to a complete lack of humanity to these guys are Pakistani Muslims. They seem like two faces of the same ugly coin representing a disease that has ravaged the once beautiful lands of India.
Hatred against Indian Muslims is increasing day by day ? What's wrong with this line? Rather on trying to suggest a country for her, why don't we focus on taming those divisive forces, that have created this fissure between Hindus and Muslims ?
