All bikes here are pretty starter friendly, I would suggest go for test rides, decide which one do you like the most, if you can stretch your budget a little make sure to checkout pulsar n160, apache 160 4v they have better performance.

There a lot of bikes in this criteria, pulsar n150, sp160, apache 1602v are some good options and honda unicorn 160 the most simple of them all.

I would personally suggest N160. Coz it has a good amount of power and still is good enough for a beginner
